If MBotF was made into a movie, who would play who?

there's only one that really blew me away in your list J Phoenix, and i'm surprised that no one else has noticed this...
Drew Barrymore as Tattersail!!!!? WHAT? Tattersail has some padding friend, some cushion for Ganoes pushin! remember how calot is "nestled in her bulk" in some of the very first scenes of GotM? Barrymore would have to gain like fifty pounds at least

EVERYONE IS BRIAN BLESSED
Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

this may sound stupid to some people but id always pictured someone like robert pattinson (dude from twilight films) playing paran for some reason always saw paran as that sortof person well educated and stuff. i like the idea of christian bale as fiddler got that whole appeal about him and ive thought long an ghard about that as fid is my fave character. and i love the idea of dijmon honsu as kalam

Definatley Lance Reddick for QB and James McAvoy for Paran.
With The Wire in mind, I think Idris Elba ( Stringer Bell) would be great as Kalam
I think Clint is a bit too old for Kallor, his arm would snap when he tried picking up his sword, mhybe a few years ago...
Maybe Scott Glen ? Walken would ham it up too much.
Matt Lucas from Little Britain is both annoying and amusing enough to be Kruppe and as far as Apsalar goes there is only one feasible option, Maggie Q. I think she's half Chinese, definatley easy on the eye and can Kung Fu the crap out of anyone ( including Bruce Willis in DH4).
Oh and Aragorn is Whiskeyjack.

Now all the friends that you knew in school they used to be so cool, now they just bore you.

Hmm, shouldn't it be "who would play whom?"

I chould see Clive Owen or Eric Bana play Wiskeyjack.
Micheal Ironside to play Dujek
The woman from Dollhouse (November i think) for Tattlersail
Jusentantaka, Apsalar was about 12, 13 or 14 when with the recruiter, but the events at Pale and Darujhistan are about 2 years later. So she could be around 16, 17 mark as of MOI.

Which according to Hollywood casting means she would be played by a 25+ year old.

QB = Chiwetel Eijofor (sp?), but I do admit that Reddick fellow has the look.
Kalam = Djimon Hounsou or Kevin Grevioux
Kallor = Christopher Walken. This is non-negotiable as established by long forum precedent and references from people "in the know"
Apsalar = Devon Aoki. She does a pretty good nasty pout, and has already played that type of part a couple of times. I don't care about typecasting former models.

Orlando Bloom - Skulldeath. Or Pearl.
If we really really really have to have him.

I find it quite hilarious that Paran is posing such a problem to us all.
Maybe James Purefoy?
We could throw Simon Pegg in there somewhere.
Kevin McKidd should be captain Kindly.
As for older and/or jaded Bridgeburners or Marines:
-Michael Biehn
-Ray Stevenson
-David Franklin
Tony Amendola could be a fellow old general of Dujek's or Dujek himself.
Maybe James Purefoy?

Too old and sure of himself. I see him more as Pearl (if anyone besides me could do him justice

In order:
-Fiddler. Give him salt-and-pepper hair and beard. maybe more salt than pepper?
-Karsa. He can do the presence, the savagery and the humour.
-not sure, maybe Mallet?

Good physical match. F Murray Abraham could do Dujek too.
Someone has been watching "Rome" lately. I approve.

Sir Ian Mckellen as Duiker.
Keith Allen (BBCs Sheriff of Nottingham) as Kruppe, he does a nice turn as smart and smug.

Orlando Bloom as Clip - he's pretty enough, and would be believable as smug, nasty, overconfident and thoroughly irritating. We could all feel quite secure in loving to hate him.

Good calls for McKidd and Purefoy, as well for Biehn.
And I approve of Bloom for Clip. Now we need a bunch of emos to play the rest of those annoying brats.

How about Jared Leto and the rest of 30 seconds to Mars? Artantha would be a difficult one though, I see her as Jennifer Connelly around the time of the Rocketeer. Dunno who would do it now, not Liv Tyler, that's for sure.
