not much, at least not that I feel there's any worth to sharing. Two cults able to recruit freely from the town faction sounds absurd, so I would think that the recruit power is either very limited in use, or only specific roles can be recruited. They should also be easier to spot than the two killer factions I think.

I actually don't find it unlikely that the 2 cults will be able to recruit quite actively. There's 20 people playing, right? If we assume each non-town faction contains at minimum 2 people and at maximum 4 there's between 8 and 16 non town people. I'd put a safe estimate at 12 non town faction members. That means the cult has only a 40% chance of recruiting town each night (God, I hope that math is right.) Assuming the cults can ONLY recruit town then its fairly well balanced, imo.
