I'm saying the majority of the systems they can attack should affect several people, if not all of us. Of course, this makes you partially right as there will be certain things that affect only individuals. But it makes you partly wrong, as not everything will be so limited. I'm only aware of a set number of systems and with the amount of time given in a mafia game it shouldn't run out. As far as I can tell only 2 of these systems would affect individuals, but I can't figure out why the Klingons haven't hit a mass affect (see what I did there?) system. Its annoying as hell.

Maybe there is a timer on their sabotage, like it activating X phases/days after they started it?

Also, since you practically revealed:
Can you confirm or deny whether or not they have targeted a system each night?
Do you think there is someone else who gets the same info as you, or who can make repairs?

They have sabotaged on the nights where there was no kill. I cannot confirm or deny the existence of a repair man. I do however possess that information.

i am sure you can reveal info, you just have to be careful. it seems clear to me some people think others are revealing info on thread, alkend claimed that for korlat did he not? and for others? (i think it was alkend but the names are similar and i am tired so cant be sure) Plus revealing is a valid tactic and any game we have had where its expresselly forbidden havent really worked. obviously quoting your pm is against the rules and modkillable, but whats the point in having finders or guards if they cant say they found guilty or think they blocked a kill? likewise in the previous star trek game scotty could only repair systems he discovered where damaged, how did he discover it? well people had to alert him on thread. so there was always a risk. for example i could tell you that the replicators are no longer working and veal is now off the menu. of course food isnt a priority and scotty more than likely has something more important to do, but thats just an example. spock might say i think the tricorders arent working, or the sensor array seems down and hope scotty picks up on it, but its still a reveal of sort. removing that aspect of the game is basically cutting off our access to info and we rely solely on cf's to decide what to do as th einnos can make no strategy or attempt no gameplan beyond, lynch wait, lynch wait.

In other words, YOU SHOULD HAVE REVEALED EARLIER.

in fact kalse and yourself had both perfect oppurtunities to respond. kalse only had to say, one person on thread knows i am innocent and has done fromt he start or something equally vague and nondisclosing. to reveal on thread that your lover after the lynch, during night and say you couldnt during the day for fear of modkill makes literally no sense. why would the rule suddenly change? you are still claiming a role, and as you are not dead the role hasnt changed.

lets just colour me suspicious and leave it at that.

try reading this post again :)

i will give you a clue, its in the first paragraph :)

Mr Scott, I believe either the replicators, the sensors, or the tricorders to be down. I'm gonna go with sensors. In all honesty, I've been up all night again and have only been skimming walls o' text.

That answers TS's question then, and means that there is a killer on even nights, not someone blasting his own brains out with a malfunctioning shooterthingie.

Not likely. And I presume the phasers in this game to be the ship's phaser array, not hand phasers.

I think we're finally, finally getting somewhere. More info this morning than the three past days combined.

For a malfunctioning freight train, you're pretty good at arriving unnoticed.

What's the case on Amp? Still from a couple days ago or was there a new one?

think Alkend cooked one last night or dragged up the old one, Atrahal added to it but the additions were crap according to Alkend. Think they're one page back, so not going to bother to quote either.

Yup. Alkend voted on day 1 premises. Atrahal added that hammering back to back is scummy, as well as not giving Kalse the last 2 hours on the clock.

I guess Atrahal has Vengeance's personal quote of 'how many fucking people do I have to hammer to bring that across' on his mind :)

its not really the cases that have me voting. Not exactly sure why, but when i have been picking my suspects and sending them to spoilers amp has been there the whole game. Not 100% sure why, and i know its not a case, but i trust my gut. I am not a finder, if i was and had a scum find i would reveal. I just dont trust amp from some of the interactions he had and his voting.
