Ok Rodeo, I've got myself a part-time job now, so I will be in Salisbury on the 23rd unless something goes horribly wrong. Do you know what time of day you'll be around, are you staying overnight etc?

I'm planning on pulling into Salisbury late on the 22nd. Then do the tourist thing during the day on the 23rd and take off for Bath late morning on the 24th.

I'll be staying at the youth hostel in Salisbury. So drinks so advisable for the night of the 23rd.

Sweet beers, it's only a week away.

The closer the date gets, the more I feel like throwing up.

Going to be a helluva time.

What is your flight like? Connecting anywhere interesting? Jetlag travelling in this direction is a bitch, sleep on the plane if you can.

Rodeo, you gonna have a phone when you're over here? Toby sent me a text askign if we could do something on the 22nd, so I dunno what's gonna work out with that. He hasn't posted on here despite the fact I told him to though. Eejit.

Oh and I'm not working on the 23rd. Good times ;)

Flights are direct there and back. I pull into London around noon on the 18th. Arrive back home around 1PM on Dec. 16th.

I don't have a phone. I know, I'm a Luddite. I was going to get by for communication with internet cafe usage.

And I have no idea what Toby is up to.

Internet is fine, it just means I'll actually have to be a bit organised. You're not one of those oddballs who will expect me to be up and about before lunchtime are you? ;)

What if nobody recognises each other when we try to meet? I think Rodeo should receive the pink vest and wear it each time he is supposed to meet someone.

Pink vest is supposedly making it's way to your Uncle Cougar for the meet up.

I don't know about everyone else but I promised Rodeo that when Mezla and I go to meet him we will be dressed as Princess Leia and Jabba the Hut respectively.

I think you should both go as Princess Leia, just for a proper laugh ;)

You can't miss me. I have a coat with a Canadian flag patch sewn on it.

And I'll be nude from the waist down.

Why does no one use the lovely flag of Costa Rica? It's vastly underestimated as a way to say "I'm not American." ;)

Edit: Also, if you do go dressed as Leia and Luke, Rodeo, you've gotta say "I've got a bad feeling about this," as soon as you see them. :killingme:

Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

Mezla can get away with that, she's pretty......... and you shouldn't have to change anything then ;)

Funny I don't remember Jabba being hot!

Actually given previous discussions on this board I'd probably be better off as Chewy. Although if we could leave the stroking the wookie gags out that would be fine.
