Correct me in my n00bishness if I'm wrong, but PB can be saved with a heal, right? So if there's a scum healer, or a symp one, they might heal PB so as to stay under the radar. Ride under his waves and all that...

Just had a quick catch up and Dkt didn't give much of a reason for picking PB so that doesn't help us either.

A scum healer could heal an inno PB to get him lynched, but it's a bit pointless - they would gain a distraction but lose a day kill-wise. There are very few circumstances where a killer will deliberately keep an inno alive.

Yeah a Healer could heal PB since its going through as a Night Vig I guess so we'll get the PB CF.

So what do we do now? Are we going to try any of the schemes mentioned i.e the Silencer (no heals, no vigs), or the Butta (vigs etc)? I'd prefer to know before I put in my provisional.

Since we've got a Modkill of a CI do we try and lynch as well? There hasn't really been a lot of candidates out there outside PB whose fate is looking sealed bar a Heal.

I'm not sure how much time is left either so I think the lynch option might have passed us by which could be a good thing.

On a side note, is there any setting to choose what colour the text is for stuff? Quoted text comes out as white for me in this skin (Venom) and its against a white background so impossible to see.

It's a bug in the skin, I dont think there's a proper fix for it, unless everyone manually changes the colour of quoted test every time they quote, like I just did now.

Personally I don't think using the vigs this early is wise - higher percentage chance of hitting innos when we have no real idea on who is scum atm.

Hence PB and Alt146 who both suggested this (alt's quote below) were on my list. PB is unlikely to last the night so I believe alt needs looking at.

seems we've had another eventful day whilst I slumbered.

a shame about dkt, but i'm not really surprised with his vig choice--PB's plan has been setting off all kinds of alarms for me, and I was tempted to vig him myself.

Hahahahaha.... You'll probably vig me tonight if I don't get lynched.

Reading back through all of that it does seem that PB was trying to set me up. If he wasn't already a walking dead man I would have voted for him. Now though I find myself questioning why he would switch his vote so quickly. I find it more likely that he either
a. Made a legitimate mistake and thought that I had voted for him.
Or
b. Decided to signal his master and set me up at the same time.

@Hinter - like I said - I'm not sure vigging early is the best option, but I would hate for a killer who was also a vig to have a double kill late game.

Ah yes, Gavin - the one with no shame.

I don't think vigging early is the best option either. It's a risky maneuver, and quite possibly great for scum. If we have a scum healer and a scum guard, they have a good chance of surviving the game. Whether two scum being roled is a likely possibility...I dunno. I think the vigs should hold off for tonight, and see whose left standing in the morning, and speculate from there. It should be easier to figure than hoping the vigs are being honest with their choices. Then again, we need to trust the guards and healers not to lie for it to really work.

Kiff, we have a conundrum.
