Hopefully this is acceptable. It probably isn't lol, so I'll try to wake up in 4-5 hours or so and see if I can pull anything. I'm guessing there are 2 more scum out there, definitely one (Dong Zhou- whoever that is) so with 8 people left we only need 2 town kills with 3 scum and 4 town kills with 2 scum. It is getting near endgame.

Besides that I didn't respond to any of the e-mails...

That last PM isn't acceptable, as you can't submit provisionals. I think you handled all the others well enough.

Ah, well Our game will be relatively easy on the modding, I think.

As for getting the experience... I knew I had a cramped stomach the first few times I was in the P-S skin, as I was juggling between SH and the game thread and my messenger the whole time, always fearing I'd post PMs on thread or copy/paste things wrongly. If you have the same issue, use a second browser on your main account for the game thread in a different skin, makes it easy to distinguish.

Otherwise, just tread the game as something you watch, and don't meddle in. You can go loose in PMs, I myself like to have extended convo's - Venge and I usually fill umpteen quote tags to one another by the end of day 2, and it shows your players that you are there and in control. Just don't talk about the game unless you get a rules/role question and don't be afraid to say you won't answer their question X, as long as you also stick to not answering X if asked by someone else.
Also helps to keep a central spot to post provisionals in and keep a death count, preferably somewhere under the special rules so that you can check what is and what is not allowed by the mod/the impact of said action on the game at one glance when adding the latest provisional.
I personally always confirm provisionals to the player, but that might be me.

Modding is basically filing and administrating and the good thing about being a mod is that you can explain rules straight away. As a co-mod who stepped in through death, it's fine too to leave questions for the game's designer, if you're unsure.

I'm slated to co-mod with D'rek in the Twilight game. Looking forward to it! This will be my first experience actually modding rather than just filling in after death.

Fun game to watch. I loved the absolutely insane paranoid theories people concoct because they can't believe the game would be that easy, 7 scum!!! OMG. Scum lynch day 1, 2 and 3 = broken for sure, but a fun mechanic after I read the rules wished I had played, which is saying something.
