I didn't defend Emur; I was, at that point, convinced that the 3 scum were HP, D'riss, Thyrllan.

At this point I'd be happy to vote Emur because he's one of the 3 I now think are scum (Thyr, D'riss, Emur) although I think so a little less strongly in consideration of GL and Ruse.
