Sil was less active yesterday than the day before, kind of interesting considering how well he pushed the Emurlahn case. Eloth was less incoherent yesterday than normal, too.

Atrahal's kicking and stamping and ad hom isn't really a defense so time to call his bet.

Also, the lowest posters still alive are GL (5 posts, wow way to help buddy), and Kesso at 14. Kesso hits my radar decently too, for kicking up dust without offering much in return. I'd vote him after the break if the case looked good.

So, it seems as though we only have two scum left. That's good, so the guilty millers idea doesn't seem to be true. I think the more accurate version is that a couple of scum spotted each other day one and offed each other night one.

I don't have time to look at the trains, because I have to get ready for and drive to a wedding two hours away, but I'd be interested in seeing who was on both lynch trains. I won't be back before thread is locked.

Some noteworthy things:

• Five of us have voted on both trains. Nobody that has voted on both trains is dead.
  
• Atrahal hammered both times.
  
• Gamelon has highest post count other than P-S yet hasn't voted to lynch anybody.
  
• Karat was the second vote on both days. Fener (me) and Korbas have voted back-to-back both times.

Based on those findings alone, Atrahal looks scummy for two hammers, Gamelon looks scummy for failing to vote with all of his posts. I'm giving Korbas the benefit of the doubt here in that both times we just added our votes on what seemed the only likely lynch for the day and I'm town so his play seems townish. Karat pushed the vote count to two both days, so could be some scumminess in there, too.

Most likely to be scum (IMO): Gamelon and Atrahal, maybe Karatallid

Probably missing someone in there, too.

Gonna keep my vote on Atrahal for one reason, Gamelon suggested the vote recounts and while it's WIFOM, I am not certain scum would intentionally highlight his or her voting behavior. So Atrahal is suspect #1 for me.

here I was having a pleasant saturday when suddenly i was struck by the demonic color-coded charts of DOOM

well I better get my counter-blurb in then. Indeed I hammered both days so far. on day 1 I said I would be back before the deadline, and so I came back shortly before the timer ran out. bargie was the only person with enough votes to turn into a lynch in the time remaining so I voted him off. it was, after all, day 1. yesterday karosis was at l-2 and he seemed like about as good of a choice for scum as any, but I went and caught up through all the posts thoroughly because there was still a couple hours left. I was annoyed by kessobahn who came on, said he didnt understand the karosis case and then left without offering an alternative or voting. then anthras comes on and gave weak excuses for not voting either, again without any good altenratives (and even suggesting there was a jester which the rules clearly said there wasnt!). so, after catching up, I was pissed that these 2 seemed ready to let it go to night and decided I would put Karosis at l-1 for the sake of the lynch and then xposted with alkend and hammered him.

Not really. I saw the xpost hammer, but you still were willing to push to L-1.

And honestly, it's not entirely scummy to hammer every time. It's better than being on and refusing to hammer (not that you would do that in this particular game with independent scum). It's better than people lurking around who don't want to hammer.

But it's about all we CAN go on in this game without any real ability to tie scum together. I remain suspicious of you and Game.

I came on hadnt really seen much of a case on on Karosis, until Ano pointed out his case which seemed to make sense, and about the no alternatives i did point out the other people id noticed who were also like karosis playing as if scum new each other.

I've gone back and done a couple rereads. If you take Karosis at his word that he thought scum might be in a team, then he seems reasonably above board.

Kesso is a bit strange. Hardly anything on him.

Basically he has an intro post saying hello and then returned in time for the lynch to vote Eloth and then argue about it before removing it and then hasn't really been back since outside one post saying he's logged into another computer and can't stay long.

Why would you possibly do that? The only people who could be that certain about another players allegiance day 1 are scum.

I don't see how Fener's play would equall killer. Just because you don't like players playing agressive does not make those players evil. Generally, it's the agressive players that pull out the most information, at least early game. Fener is the closest I have to a PI so far this game.

Anyways, I've seen little to convince me there's a better killer candidate than Kessobahn floating around.

Nothing has changed in his posting. He's as bland and useless to the inno faction as he was the day before. He strikes me as a killer, but even if he's not his death will hardly be a heavy blow to the inno faction, numerical advantages aside.
