Steal is fairly confusing. Is it stealing powers? Stealing members? This isn't cult (that's usually spelled out, right?), so it isn't going to be the latter, I think. I don't know.

Spying might be listening into PM's or spying a faction.

since it's his game, I have no intention of changing the skin, but I myself am averse to overly bright colours (what with working outside in the sun for 4 summers), so i'm modding in my own account.

With regards to stealing, I am concerned there might be some kind of point system going on for certain factions or faction members, which may complicate things. Or perhaps it means stealing a leaders BP or other members action. Hmmm. I am intrigued by these actions.
