You're in a bit of a pickle, it is true. If Duncan is lynched, Janice inherits his powers, so all would not be lost.

The infected retains all his old powers, and one of those is off thread communication with you in the case of D'riss. Furthermore, if one of you are infected and you kill Duncan, the infected player becomes a dg symp, but he still retains all of his powers. Meaning the other of the pair would not know.

Well, if you want to win as a killer (and I get the impression you do), you could take the advice on thread by revealing your infected status and hoping Duncan deems it ok to heal you. Since heal happens before synapse overload, you should be all right. Unless I've missed something, that seems to be your best bet. Read over the reveal discussion on thread and make a decision.

BTW, if you're being compelled to vote a certain way, I'm guessing you are free to tell me. That's potentially valuable information. Share plz!

I'm curious how many Day 1 and 2 mistakes that get lynched ever actually turn up scum? I know it's information either way, but it seems to be a poor way of going about lynching scum. Innocents by nature of the game and sheer number are bound to make more mistakes than scum. Sure scum could play the way Rashan and Tellan did, but it's a huge gamble on a low percentage play in my estimation. Just seems like we repeat the same patterns, "oh lol" you broke a "cardinal rule" of mafia and nobody is after my head so might as well lynch you. I mean do people really think the guy that voted night is scum? I can't believe that to be true, he's just an easy lynch that nobody is going to stick their neck out for. I think town should really get away from this type of thinking.

we've picked out scum based on day 1 mistakes more than a few times, believe you me. Sure, as often as not you're wrong, but all you have to go on is your gut and what you read. I've had dibs, yellow, bent and several others pegged as scum day 1 up through the years, and I'm by no means special in this regard.
