I figured you two were paired; in a PM to P-S, I flat-out said that if Obdi had a vig I was fucked. It was nice when I discovered he was dead...then sucked when I realized he was paired with you.

Was still fun though. Symp is definitely the funnest role to have IMO.

Great job, Shin, you picked up just enough heat to avoid major suspicion. If not for that find!

As Liosan's blood spills slowly on the ground, Tennes comes and hugs his lover.

"Come, friend, this hell is over"

D'riss slowly lifts his head, eyes beaming with an alien force. In a flash, Tennes understand.

"No...."

He tries to back away, but his feet remain frozen solid. The stench of mixed warrens engulf him.

"Please don't kill me!"

The one that used to be D'riss chuckles.

"...Kill you? Of course not. This flesh is too precious to waste..."

Reaching under his tunic, he cautiously deposits a small stick figure on the forehead of his paralyzed victim. A wave of pain pierces through Tennes' skull, giving him no chance for a last conscious thought. Maybe it's for the best.

After a few minutes, Tennes' breathing slows, and his sight regains focus. He looks at D'riss.

"Not very pretty you are my dear Big."

"Well, at least I could chose. You didn't"

"What, you mean I'm worse?"

"Let's just say you'll need that Mockra of yours next time you need to do some charming"

"Well, beats being stuck in Hood's crack"

"Very true"

And the two figures exit the chamber, leaving behind them shadows and death. In a corner, a hooded figure looks at them leave.

A promise is a promise, he thinks. But then again, time is on his side.
