OK, update coming as promised (for once ;) )

Oki, the question was for a fantasy rpg (see Grief's request).
I did some digging and came up with exactly nothing. You see, the problem with fantasy worlds are multifold:
1) the world and everything in it is usually fairly different from what you can imagine, so it would be quite a hurdle to step into for rpg-newbies, like Bwgan. Last thing I want at this stage is exclude people through the steep stepping stone that is world involvement, or people having radically different opinions of what is the world.

*snip*

Oi...you calling me thick?... :p :p

Only joking...I had a look at the wiki and it looks fun :p

sowwy, you just made very clear you hadn't roleplayed before - ran into that when my group and I started around 10 years ago, we didn't know anything and ran exactly into all these problems so you're actually a god-send :p

the gf likes roleplay. can be quite fun!
Whole bag of orios! crappin all over the carpet! twelve ribs my ass!!!

aye, my ex was into it, too.
If there is a problem with girls playing is usually the guys on the same table :p, rather than RPGing not being a ladies' thing.

@ Tapper - I was joking. You are right to treat me with kid gloves...I just hope I don't annoy everyone.

@ Strad - have I got an unclean mind or are you a bad, bad man? If the former I am very sorry...if the latter tsk, tsk. (It's just I know what Welshmen are like!)
'Tell me, Tool, what dominates your thoughts?'
The Imass shrugged before replying. 'I think of Mafia, Adjunct.'
'Do all Imass think about Mafia?'
'No. Few think at all.'
'Why is that?'
The Imass leaned his head to one side and regarded her. 'Because, Adjunct, they are sheeple.'

Sometimes I wonder, "Why is that frisbee getting bigger?" ... and then it hits me.

If the latter, you still have an unclean mind for knowing what he meant :)

Tapper, knows a dirty mind is a joy forever.

Hugely appreciated :)

I was trying to bend my mind around what we need to do/have, and at what to leave in and what to throw out to make it easily accessible, but haven't had enough time yet.

Any suggestions on how to run it succesfully on a forum? and wouldn't we need a GMing alt or something so we can both read PMs?

Tapper, secretly hoping for 'The Computer' as the Knoll Barrow's P-S....

@Tapper, you do realise there is an admin checking this thread daily, right? XD

You need but ask, and I can oblige. :)

How much time do you expect this to take. If it's as much as mafia I doubt I will have the time, but if it's gonna go at a slower pace then the theme looks pretty cool, I might want to give it a bash.

might be helpful if you guys write down the dates, maybe? Summer is long - for some of you. :killingme:

And at random times. It's the start of winter for me right now....which usually means it's the start of summer for other-side-of-the-equator folk...
