Morrowind
Final Fantasy 7
Fallout 3
Oblivion
Morrowind... because I waited for years to get a decent pc, and when I finally started playing, it was just everything I'd been waiting for. I've some minor niggles with it after a lot of play, but the choices and options and freedom were such a breath of fresh air.
FF 7 was really memorable for some reason - possibly the story. (I kept playing until I'd bred that chocobo that could run on water to collect the final power move, the Knights of the Round, which went on for about 10 minutes..)
Before that I used to play 'Dungeon Master and 'Bloodwych' on an Amiga 500 - both quite similar, but good magic systems and party building. (Still frustrating that games back then, on a computer that had less memory than my 'phone, were more engaging than 99% of the stuff that gets churned out now, however pretty it looks).
