Does that actually happen though? The previews made it look like they were on the same side.

The preview I've seen suggests they are enemies who temporarily join forces to train their new apprentice for the greater good! I'm sure they'll scrap at some point.

I don't like Jet Li. Jackie Chan is a total hero though.

I remember hearing that Jackie chan and Jet Li were gonna come in a movie together, so have been looking forward to it, a fan of martial arts films.

From the trailer it does look very much aimed at family viewing, therefore probably less violence.

There's a holy stick that the Monkey King used to fight with. White kid goes 3000 years or so back in time with the staff. Jet Li and Jackie Chan fights over who should have the staff. Other stuff happens. Bad guys get their ass whooped.

I saw the trailer for this when I saw The Incredible Hulk; I'm not sure which disappointed me most.
If an opinion contrary to your own makes you angry, that is a sign that you are subconsciously aware of having no good reason for thinking as you do. If some one maintains that two and two are five, or that Iceland is on the equator, you feel pity rather than anger, unless you know so little of arithmetic or geography that his opinion shakes your own contrary conviction. … So whenever you find yourself getting angry about a difference of opinion, be on your guard; you will probably find, on examination, that your belief is going beyond what the evidence warrants. I saw the Incredible Hulk in the weekend. I thought it was okay, allthough for some reason Hulk was a complete pussy.

He didn't grow more and more angry and stronger and stronger. He was more or less stuck at the same level, not even when the abomination was threatening his girl did he loose it.

Irritating... also, Edward Norton isn't Bruce Banner... he just isn't.

I'd like to see a movie where Jackie chan and Jet Li fight the Hulk. That would put asses in the seats.

You should watch The Incredible Hulk. You'll see what happens when someone tries to go one on one with the Hulk.

I watched Street Kings with Keanu, Forest Whitaker, House (Hugh Laurie) and "flame on" guy from Fan4. I think this one was in the theaters for about a week or two.

Anyway, I liked it more than I thought I would. It was completely predictable and was maybe more suited to DVD, but I liked it the way I like Van Damme/Seagal movies. Lots of shooting and ass kicking, little redeeming social value. Keanu wasn't all that bad in the Bruce Willis role as an alcoholic lone-gun cop who gets caught up in a conspiracy in the ranks. Whitaker and House were their usual selves. Not bad.

I'm rewatching Spawn right now.

I didn't exactly remember the film as being a masterpiece, but god damn this is a cheesy superhero movie. It looks more like a TV-pilot than a movie ment for the cinema. The acting is tv-drama'ish, the effects are like something out of the mask and none of the appeal of the comicbooks is left.

I didn't even remember Michael J White playing Spawn. And Martin Sheen is making a disgrace out of himself as the bearded bad guy working for the devil.

EDIT: Ohh, he just got the costume... now I remember why the film was so awesome.
