@Barg: My vote should have been in my last post, which I failed to see a response by Tellan to.

Wonder how you'll like this one, then Barghast:
vote Tellan.
For all the reasons mentioned: he doesn't seem to think like a townie. The odd drunk slip aside, that is the best indication of scum we're going to get on day 1.
Also, why did you say that the Tellan case seems better than the one you have on Serc (about 45 minutes ago), but didn't change vote? Staying on a case that you admit is based on WIFOM and that you admit is inferior, quite smells of trying to avoid voting for a partner.
Ceteris paribus, if Tellan gets lynched and turns up as an oddity (not-Anarch), I know who I am going to question thoroughly tomorrow.

Hell, I'm just concerned we've gone from "Sabbat and Baali and Camarilla as evil factions" to "there is no scum" (alright, so that's just one of us
)...but we all seem convinced there is a cult now? It wasn't that many pages back the majority of the players were thinking there wasn't a cult - remember in the opening scene, the Sabbat was "your cell" - that implies more than one, and that doesn't sound like a cult, that sounds like a merc, or a standard killer, faction, the Camarilla just aren't into the whole conversion thing, lore-wise, and the opening post for the Camarilla makes it sound like he's a lone agent - "we may not be able to provide further assistance".
Of course, that's just flavour, technically, and the "new craft" of the Sabbat sounds VERY much like recruitment...or a faceless man, though I really doubt that.
If we are going with there being a cult, it'd have to be the Sabbat, I agree...but the mention of "cell" implies they are starting with more than one. Now, think about this. If they start with 3, and the ability to recruit...that's a huge advantage over the other "last man standing" factions. So there's a bit of contradiction.
I'm just musing out loud, here, btw - waffling a bit. But feedback'd be nice.
I suppose I should back my "case" on Tellan with a vote, of course...

Oh yay someone's here!
I didn't change vote directly, because I don't like vote hopping. Simple as that. I agree that the Tellan case the best so far though.

Wow, that was a lot to catch up on. I'm always hungry for.....information.
The case against Tellan seems pretty well put together. Or as much of a case there can be.
vote Tellan
I just gotta say, as a long time player of Vampire, I'm loving the theme.

Have we given Tellan a chance to defend himself? I can't remember him posting a defense.

Re-read the last two pages.
Or, alternatively, click on his name next to a post, go "View Profile" and click the "Posts" tab in the center of the page that takes you to.
He hasn't offered any defense. Merely repeated his stance.

see, there you do it again. Not changing your vote despite admitting it is the best thing so far, then stalling for time when he is nowhere near lynched anyway and thus has plenty of time. He has been attacked and repeated his point, I think.
Now, if you were interested in answers, you know that applying pressure is needed, and how to apply it? Not by sitting back and saying you won't vote hop.

Just about caught up, (stupid ISP, but it looks like I'm okay now, so should be around most of the day...fangs crossed
)
I am liking the case against Tellan, seems like a major slip, and am happy to vote that way, but would like to hear from him...I assume he is off sating his thirst somewhere.
Edit: Cross post, now have to read some more.

@ Liosan:
while that is true, there's also this:
Sabbat has a different victory condition. If there were only very few of them and no chance for growth, they couldn't recruit, they would have to be nearly last man standing and it wouldn't make much of a difference. This, to me, screams cult.
