Hmm I'm not sure how much time I am going to have tomorrow. I definitly won't be able to post much at all. There's only the Modkill timeout right? Day keeps ticking?
If so I might have to place my vote tonight.

I just want to say thank you to DKT for focusing things onto Morgy and JA.
So JA, I'm afraid its looking bad for you. At this point, I can't see any other option at the moment than you.

Be my guest, we bought some time with that lynch, plus I'm fed up of those "he's alive", "he's clean" comments.
I still think Vengeance's "case" was lame, I know dktorode's was false, and all your "gut feelings" don't mean shit to me, specially if the stuff you say apply to me too.
We're still playing, so the symp was still alive. I don't think they would have gone for the "sacrifice one" at this time, because things were looking good for them so far.
So, I don't think the symp and current killer is Ment or Gavin.
It leaves Kurt and Yellow, it would be worth a re-read.

And by the way, Ment, this is why when you don't agree, you hammer instead of flippin' coins
No, I'll never let you forget that one.

Hm.. if not Ment then I think Gavin or Yellow might be it. Both have played the sort of background, half contributing sort of game that killers often stumble into. Yellow has picked up his act but whether that's because he got more time or feared he was taking it a bit too far I can' tell yet.
To explain my suspicions on Gavin I would have to make a case I think. For me that's the best way to order my thoughts, but I'll hold that off until day 5.
Sure start to set up tomorrows lynch? Hmm I like how confident you are you'll be around tomorrow as well.
You know Morgy thinking it through I'm really starting to convince myself your scum.
Remove Vote
Vote Morgoth
By the way, I claim some credit. It was my question that tipped the scale for Gavin

Gut? It wasn't gut, I mentioned my suspicions on Day 1/ Early Day 2 about Morgoth. He had vote number 3 on Mentallist on what I can only describe as was a really weak and pathetic excuse (fake Finder reveal) and looked like trying to get a lynch. I called him up on it, and he backed off extremely apologetically like he had been caught out.
I brought it up on on thread on at least 2 or 3 occasions although it didn't attract much comment but I thought it was well extremely suspicious and from then on I have been wary of him.
I found no merit in his Mentallist case and I already stated the tipping point which decide me to vote. So it wasn't gut thank you. There was several other little bits of pieces which also swayed me, the killing of DKT being one of them.
I will restate my thanks to DKT to get his act together and put things together in that case on you and him. Which means we need to vote you today.
You have defended Morgoth quite heavily I thought over the last hour or two. Also the DKT case had us voting you, but Morgoth was the one who came up strongly in its defence we now know he was the killer, so who would he defend? His symp.

FUCK YEAH!!!
for once, just ONCE, he can't lecture us in spoilers about how we should have all listened to him.

Now you re-write all this? Before you were like "it's in the thread, just go back to read" when there was less than 15 minutes left.
Anyways.
Like I said, be my guest. Dktorode made a mistake, and if it gets me lynched, then it's his problem.
I'm quite sure we could garantee a win by lynching Yellow and Kurt. Sadly, we can't afford to lynch us three, so I'll have to see how much energy it will take me to convince you I'm innocent, but if I can't manage, chose well tomorrow.

Before you jump up and down and I bring out the knives I am happy to give you some time for weaseling. I will be around tomorrow at some point, the GF can watching the thrilling mafia game.
I am also wary of Kurt, and I think a reread is in order as you have said. I struggle to recall any Morgoth/Kurt interaction.

I'm off, I'll do my re-read a bit later.
Even if you don't plan to keep me alive, give me time to do my thinking and tell you what I think. When the game continues, you'll know I was innocent.
Although I've been obviously quite off in this game so far, but it's never too late to snap out and come through.

all right, fuck, that's all the time I have now, but i'm caught up.
ironically enough, i'm not convinced of JA's scumminess, as I can see him just being really pissed off from all the meta-based attacks on him.
and like I mentioned earlier, Morgoth/JA scum team is like our worst nightnare scenario.
I'll have to take another look at the trains to try to see who the hell can be Morgy's partner, but unless Gavin was just super-gutsy, he's now PI in my book.

all right, I'm back
As I've stated earlier, I'm averse to voting off JA today, because that argument would stink of meta to high heaven.
Gavin's PI, as far as I'm concerned, because he refused to vote me off when he had ample opportunity, and only got cagey after Morgoth tried to pin him up as today's lynch target.
I can safely throw my "Venge = Morgy's symp" theory out the window as well.
which leaves us with Yellow and Kurt. both have been fairly non-descript with both of them having RL issues (Yellow works and has no nets at work, while Kurt has an awkward time zone).
I'm gonna go and do a re-read of day 2 and 3 to see how they acter with respect to lynch trains.
My feeling is we should vote one of them off today, and if the game doesn't end, and I survive the night, i'll be looking at JA again.

while i'm re-reading, an intersting meta-related aside:
we all know the passionate hate/admiration Yellow has for Morgoth. yet I don't recall a single jab he has made into morgoth's direction all game.
in an unrelated bit of info, day 1 both of them voted Obdi as votes 2 and 3, nothing overly suspicious in it, a typical joke train, Morgoth didn't jump on it.

Day 2's no help--both Kurt and yellow were off the Sixty train, and neither took an opportunity to folow morgoth onto my own train, thouhg only Yellow called morgoth out on it.

Blargh, don't any of you read my posts? I work during the day (unlike some slackers), so I've not been able to be around for any of the lynches.
24 hour days are painful for me, because they always go down to the wire, and I simply can't be here for that. 36 hour days are more flexible, much more doable.
Anyway, good job on the scum

Right, JA is setting off so many alarms right now. After the whole thing with Ment not hammering yesterday, JA almost did exactly the same thing, even when it became clear that a Morgoth lynch was the only one possible. He held off his vote for ages and ages, and dropped the hammer only at the last minute (less than 10 minutes left, I think). He was basically cutting his losses if you ask me.
He's also been fingering me, which also gets my back up

Right. You would say that, if you did decide to sacrifice your master to distance yourself.

The above was directed at JA, and it basically sums up my thoughts exactly. JA and Morgoth as a pair have been nagging people all game.
I think JA is our last killer.
Don't fuck with the Culture.

still no one here
neither Kurt nor Yellow were on the Bubba train as wel--if either of them's scum their RL puts them in a perfect condition to play the silent killer role.
this is gonna sound horribly biased, I know, but based on how things went down with my own train yesterday, i'm inclined to choose Kurt over Yellow as the likely lynch suspect.
there was also a line by Morgoth when JA asked of him "who do you think is killer if it's not Mentalist", and his response was that it's either Yellow or Gavin, as both were playing a really quiet game. now, this could be carefully planted WIFOM, but he completely avoided mentioning Kurt in that excahnge.
as such, I feel that Kurt may be today's best lynch option.
