For the record, I'm not trying to argue whether a killer would have more chances than others to miss discussions, or to skim the thread.

When I say I find Ment's post suspicious, it's not because he missed the discussion, but because he said he didn't know something and I don't believe him, it sounds "off" to me.

Dktorode was under fire for maybe "acting" like he didn't know something he obviously would as a killer/symp to give us the impression he was not one of those. Kurt did the same thing. However, they both used it in an attack against someone else, as part of a case, and it sounds kinda true to me.

Mentalist, on the other hand, just went: "Well, I didn't know either. Now I do". I mean, what does that add to anything, besides the fact that he's doing the very same thing dktorode and Kurt did, except this time it's saying it just for the sake of saying it. If there's a mechanic I miss, and I realize it at some point, why would I mention that on thread?

Tbh out of all the cases out so far, the one on dkt seems the most viable imo. I usually wait for someone to do something stupid, but that seems to have been me most recently, and I'm not about to build a case against myself (which would be pretty entertaining, I have to admit - I've got to figure out how to run a game where people wind up building cases against themselves), so ... yeah, I'm off. Because it's late, and no one's acting particularly scummy, except maybe Morgoth, and I'm not sure how I got that impression. Just a gut feeling.

What case was this? Are you talking about a case on Dkt, or am I missing something?

I seem to remember that you backed up Dkt's "misinterpreting" of the mechanic, which is why people are picking up a symp vibe. Your post above (if I'm reading it properly, apologies if I'm not) seems to just back this up, because you're defending him.

Kurt based his case on something that was completely false, he had also got the mechanics wrong and based his case on this false assumption.
Once it was explained to him that he was also wrong he removed his vote.

yeah, I havent' been hugely active today--I didn't get up till noon, and then I realized my hard drive's gone haywire and i've been busy with recovering it all day (still am, and probably will be for the next few weeks at the pace it's going right now)
