Following my readthrough, a few thoughts:

- If I were an alien/abnormal energy signature, I would have offed Tennes. That seems the most likely one to be motivated out of something other than "kill off the ones using up my air!"

- That's if these things can kill. It might be some kind of cult, I guess.

- Seems to me that you'd only claim RI if you were sure there were other RIs around. Makes me more inclined to trust Korlat on that. The altruistic part did seem very strange though, so I'm not entirely sure.

- I don't really remember much content from Gamelon, Shadow or Ruse, despite the fact I've just finished reading. Given that people seem to have been paranoid about being top/bottom poster all game, I'd have expected a bit less lurking. That goes for Omtose too, really. Might be to do with them not being in a timezone that isn't great for conversation, I dunno.

- Fener has been fighting a losing battle from the start. If he had some good reason to stop us from killing him he'd have used it by now. I guess that might have been the vig...but it didn't really make me not want to kill him.

ok so apparently the scene states that another person has come from the failsafe program, which makes me think Liosan did as well. Whether there was a mistake with the role pm or whatever else...

anyway I suspect there will be additions until we run out of alts maybe? or 5-6 max? Guess we'll find out.

OK, PS is being cagey, but from the info I've teased from him, I think what has happened is that some overenthusiastic underling concocted that lovely story about me being from the satellite in the spirit of screwing with our heads. I've been sending some strong words to SH...this stuff is messed up enough as it is . However, the stuff about the energy reading detector is true. I was wondering about why I got two PMs...
