You open your eyes to discover you are standing in a cylinder with an open door in front of you. Everything seems hazy, and your ears aren't working correctly either. As everything comes into focus, you find the bathroom and give yourself the longest relief you have ever had.

Much better.

Your hearing is doing much better and you can make out booted feet running on a catwalk, and then a loud female voice announces '...'ave been woken up early due to an imminent micrometiorite collision. I repeat' and the ship shakes. There is a huge crashing noise, and then a tearing sound.

Somewhere, a heavy door slams.

That same female voice announces 'Investigating Damage... One of the oxygen tanks and half of the colonists are gone. There is no longer enough oxygen to get to Alpha Centuri. You will have to take matters into your own hands, or none will survive and we will crash upon attempting re-entry.'

You remember the name of the ship. The Illiad. Idiots. Well, at least they eventually made it to their destination... and you hope you will too.

All you remember of faces and names are a blur, but you seem to remember what you are good at and why you were selected to go along to colonize the new world.

Rules for this game. Read this unless you want me to modkill your face off and go on a crusade to never let you play a high tmdi game again.

Voting You send your votes to Path-Shaper. You may vote ONCE every 24 hours, and there is no vote removal. Ever. When you vote, you must post in-game thread: Voted. You do not have to say who you voted for. You may not lie about when you vote.

Day/Night There is none. There is Time Till Planet and Oxygen Units left. Each person uses 1 oxygen unit per hour (minus special conditions).

Victory Conditions Be alive when the ship lands. Each and every one of you can land the ship, by yourself if need be. There are other victory conditions, and they will be described in your role PM's if you have them.

Talking Off-Thread Do not do it unless told you can.

Retro-Active If someone gets voted off when a mod isn't here, or killed, we will retro-actively kill them, remove anything they did after they died and they will not use Oxygen Units from when they are supposed to be dead.

When/If you die Please come into SH, and help us mod. This game really does need close to 24-hour mods to work well, so any and all help you can provide will be appreciated.

I think it means we can only lynch once everyone alive has voted for the same person, or if half the people vote for the same person on day one and two, etc.

I think what Path-S meant was that a death only occurs when all votes are in. I cannot think that we would all have to vote for the same person, as we seem to only have one functional vote a day, which is sent by PM to Path-S.

A more likely explanation, as I see it, is that the votes add up. You get voted for 20 times over the course of the game, you're done for.

Yeah, that would make sense. Otherwise this game won't be much of a challenge .

I must certainly hope it isn't the first, it's probably going to be problematic with no Remove Vote option to get a lynch together on day 1.

Hmm, your calculation seems... odd. Not enough oxygen to make it to the planet, but still enough to get to the atmosphere. I doubt we can get to safety by lynching one player only and buying ourselves the luxury of an extra few hours to breathe.
