Well that would mean that 2 people don't require oxygen...

interesting. Maybe one player was put in stasis (Mockra's power?) or could be a robot/ inanimate object type of thing that doesn't need oxygen. Mere speculation at this point.

Well 16 players and we are apparently losing 14 Oxygen an hour now?

So Omtose is producing one per hour? I presume that means they still have to breath though so they cover themselves. Leaving us with one non breather? Who is presumably our killer of Hoods Path and supposed Watersucker.

So I finished my reread. I guess its down to 3 people to vote for.

Fener as people are jumping on him, we need to reduce Oxygen usage so he might be the unlucky one to go. I guess we can't vote him out in one day anyway so if we need to let Fener live we can.

Then we have our original Hoods Path killer and our killer of Tennes the captain who had revealed.

Rashan or Silanah are the two very likely people who killed HP. Someone said Rashan was the only choice, but looking back Silanah was around and posting and it could just as well be him.

Also no one seems to have brought it up, by what the hell was Tennes killed? I mean he had revealed as captain we knew his role it didn't sound that scary 2 votes is nice but hardly a game breaker.
So why kill him? Someone must have a reason behind it. Mutiny or something?

It was brought up that they someone may have thought the reveal was fake but it seemed plausible enough, I hardly think you'd Vig on that. Thoughts on the Tennes kill anyone?

Oh and
Voted

I think the reason Tennes was killed is that as a captain, he might have had more abilities..

I'm here for about 10 minutes

voted

Not really sure what to think. Was a good spot by Fener on Kesso. I would speculate he might have O2 tanks as well.

Knowing this is a 10+ I wouldn't be surprised if there is someone that wins if we run out of o2 before hitting earth. Very probably our water stealer person.

As far as the Tennes Kill, not sure. He was the captain, so maybe a threat. His 2 votes seemed rather important to getting ppl lynched tho...so maybe the water person has multiple kills and is trying to keep ppl around to eat up more O2? idk. I'll be back in a few hours. I will have much more time to play tomorrow at work.

as of 7 minutes ago

You have 154 hours until you enter the atmosphere.

You have 1671 Oxygen Units.

The 16 Alive are:
Gamelon, Silanah, Galayn lord, kessobahn, Korlat, Mockra, Anomandaris, Rashan, Emurlahn, Fener, D'riss, Shadow, Ruse, Serc, Telas, Omtose.

You need 20 votes to kill someone.

Well, that was interesting.

I'm still stuck on the "there's no killer, cult, jester, etc." comment from the mod. So what is this game? Meta-grudge Alt-Guess extravaganza?

Then again there must be some kind of scum because of the Tennes kill. We're on a ship that needs to bring us home for us to win, and the guy is the fucking captain. Who would want him dead?

One thing I'm thinking of is that it was a fake-reveal, and the real captain had a vig. But if that's the case, that was one bizarre move by Tennes.

For the confused players, "Watersucker" is just a funny nickname invented by the players to describe Hood Path's killer, because of his scene.

I doubt he's still considered as a special entity after the other 4 kills.

Still pondering who/what we should lynch.

It can't only be to keep around those who have more chances of helping us reaching the planet and getting rid of the useless ones.

I think it comes back to the "special winning conditions" some players seem to have, if they reach those conditions, do the rest of us automatically lose?

If so, those are the "scum" we should hunt, but then again how we do that, and what kind of winning conditions they would have if it's not "last man standing killer"-type is beyond me.

Right I'm here. Nothing much has happened since I logged off. I think Fener's 'why do we suddenly have so little oxygen' comment after vigging galain is a little odd, since it was clearly in the scene.

The problem with a 24 hour vote reset is that their isnt much to do while we wait for the votes to reset. Is there anyone who hasnt checked in? Gonna go check...

Seems we're still waiting on GL...

@Ruse - I think there are a couple of people who can win independently, but trying to figure out who/what they are is beyond me. So I guess the strategy at the moment is to try kill anyone who seems like they're playing for themselves and hope not to die yourself. Someone like Omtose (who claims to be producing oxygen) would be a bad lynch candidate. If he gets vigged/killed anytime soon we can probably assume someone out there wants the oxygen to run out. I personally think there is someone like that, since Galain was SO hesitant to reveal he was keeping oxygen safe. A role like that would be one everyone wants to keep around, but he was convinced if he revealed he would die. Unless he wasnt aware he had the oxygen bomb and his role was something else entirely. Gotta love 10+ games.

Well it seems to me that we have people who are willing to kill indiscriminately re: Hoods Path, Tennes. Kaschan I'm not sure why he was killed.

If it was just trigger happy one shot Vigs that wanted to reduce numbers early then its just a popularity contest till the end.

However I think the killing the captain is suspicious enough that there is someone with different enough winning conditions that we can consider them scum. I wouldn't think Last Man Standing/Lone Serial killer, because we only have 7 days and I don't know we'd get down to 2 or 3 players left in 7 days would we? Although by the number of kills we've had day 1 maybe the chances aren't bad

On the counterside, if we do have a Last Man Standing type role, then the whole Oxygen thing is out the window we'll easily get under the numbers required to surivive I imagine. Unless we lose more oxygen tanks.

I would imagine there were one or two slightly over-eager vigs yesterday, trying to get the numbers down as soon as possible. I cant see there being more than two people who can kill on a regular basis, since that would very likely break the game, given the amount of time it's going to take to get a lynch on someone. I would think whoever killed Tennes (and possibly HP) more than likely have win conditions separate from ours.
I think what will tell is when we reach the point that there is enough oxygen for whoever is still alive to get home. If the game doesnt end, then we know someone out there still has their won winning conditions. Or maybe they lose for not fulfilling their conditions in that time. I doubt we'll play for the full 5/6 days considering the rate at which people have died.

Also, as of the last update, we have enough oxygen for 10.8 people.

Fener intrigues me.

I have problems imagining he's entirely honest in this description of events.

There he is, arguing with Galain, and all of a sudden the mods pop in to randomly give him a vig he HAS to use quickly? That's a bit bizarre if true.

I think:

1- He had that kill from the start and is lying about the turn of events. Why he would do that I'm not sure, but it makes me wonder if he can kill again
2- This random vig was not given to him by the mods, but by another player who saw the opportunity of an easy kill. But then, honestly, unless I was scummy-type, Fener would not be my first choice to make vig.

I still don't see why everyone thinks that it was a vig kill.. it could be a daily kill and thats why he was so eager to use it.

That's my point 1, which makes me wonder why he lied if that's the case.
