No, I'd say: "Because I wished to procreate with you and deduced this was the preferred way to offer my genetic material."
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

Assuming of course that the situation follows that the act of throwing your junk in said person's face was suggested by some one on the internet.

It's always better to lie in situations like that. Jail < Asylum.

That seriously depends on the jail or Asylum.

Some min security prisons are nothign compared to some of the asylums i've seen.

A valid point.

Temporary insanity is easier to prove in a public indecency case than "I'm telling you, the internet told me I had to do it!"

Also, I'm assuming a hospital like observation for suicide/massive drug binge temporary ward.

The mandatory psych test would probably break your defense. Even if it didn't the probation would be annoying afterwards, weekly or monthly psych visits, group meetings, reports to a probation officer, travel restrictions, even a mention that could hurt your job prospects.
In for a penny, in for a pound, might as well go all the way and say the internet told you to do it, they may well call you insane anyway.

Ah... that's the beauty of "temporary" insanity DW. A good lawyer can work it...

And a goo prosecutor will gladly point out that "Temporary" does not mean "one of".
Which is why you'd be under probation.
Those lawyers are crafty bastards.

Trained in the art of lawyering... the only way to beat the system is to infiltrate the system!

That is a good point, though can someone pleading insanity represent themselves?

No... they would have counsel appointed. But... once again the word "temporary" would reassert itself, and the "counsel" should simply be there to advise. Quite the balancing act, I know.

No better trained than me. I have a top notch legal education. Far more experienced though, as crim law is not my bag and I'm not much into breaking the law.

At the very least you could sue him for pressing the fact of your instability in your face making you more insane.

Nah. False prosecution is hard to prove, plus IIED is extremely hard to prove.

Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress... there's NIED as well: Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress. If I did sue, I'd sue for both and get one tossed out pretty early on depending upon the facts.

LOL! I know frookie, the truth hurts sometimes! No, really I'm only giving you a hard time because I love you! What would a day in the life of frookie be like without the jokes from tehol? No pink shirts, no sangria, in fact there would be no Frookie Baby! You'd just be plain old Frookenhauer. See so you have to like me, you really have no choice! :p

That's insanely cruel right there.

Ok I'm sorry that wasn't meant to be cruel! It honestly wasn't I was just joking. I didn't think it would come across that way! I feel badly now :) Please forgive me!
