Looks like he was a marine...that doesn't help, but it doesn't hurt a lot either.

Looks like we'll have to reread that train and see what we can figure out.

Dammit, I'm missing everything. I've had so much RL shitty shit going down, I just can't keep focused on this game. Also, ModCraft is getting tense, so Mafia focus is there right now. I'll try and be more faithful come morning.
