I put forward the extra alts thing as a crazy theory because of an anime I watch where similar things happen to ninjas. Then Korlat's numbers seemed to support it, so now we're going with it, although some other confirmation would be nice.

So i'm no longer happy lynching Galain tonight. And killing GL will at least remove everyone's focus from him at let us pick original suspects without the distraction. Although I still urge Galain not to do so, it's a bad move.

I agree, which is why I havent put down a vote for galain. For a killer to declare who was going to kill that night and claim vig would be very, very ballsy. Specially cos if there's no other kills his only defense is an incredibly wifom 'the ninja's obviously framed me'

i should really read the thread, i got none of that on read through. are we thinking extra alts though or maybe just two players who were also in the team, its the extra alts that is what flat out screams bullshit to me. if they were actual players and not extra alts then i would maybe accept it, but i cant fathom someone being given two alts. how would they play that way??

log in and out of them? Use two browsers? Same way people play mafia and keep posting in the rest of the forum using their normal alts. THe lack of CF also suggests extra alts, since being alt-guessed as someone who is supposedly dead would earn a vig pretty easy. The enforced/encouraged RP also makes it easier for the ninjas to hide in multiple alts. There's a lot of evidence that points to there being extra lats. None of it is concrete, but it's more logical than some of the other theories that came up.

It would be difficult, but not impossible. Kind of a very twisted FM. Ruse and Shadow both didnt say all that much before they died, so there's not much to go on there. Granted, the theory could be wrong, but no other explanations have really made sense. The best part is that if we are right, now that the two extra alts are dead it's now straight-forward mafia again with four badguys.

The case on me was crap, that's why people changed to Rashan. I just pointed out that it was crap. If you're gonna vig me because I'm doing my job and trying to do what's best for the team, then you suck at this game. On an aside, I did a reread of the beginning of day two. I was suspicious of Ano because of the way he appeared right after the lynch and claimed to have been on for the last four hours. He also expressed confusion regarding Shadow's reveal, which seemed a little like a cover to hide he had been playing in the Shadow alt. That and the RP would make it very difficult to spot him in two alts. But it seems he was on the Shadow lynch the whole time, which made me doubt my theory. I'm putting it forward anyway, but if he is a ninja he deliberately voted for one of his alts, which is a little wifom.

I want ta be squashin dis, mon. You left out da part where I, no one else, I, pointed out da Ruse Shadow connection, this be the second time you have done dis, and Here is where Korlat and I both saw it as suspicious.
