i think rashan explained that pretty well. I would be fairly surprised if fener also had a power to block night, but there is no reason not to trust it, as if night goes by like before it is proved so i am removing him from my list of suspects. I am a bit concerned by the amount of day vigs being used for no reason, reading over the ruse kill i cannot see what warranted a vig.

I really think we need to stop any talk of discounting the day vigs as possible ninjas though, it doesnt make sense to remove them based on now info.

vote serc

Your reasoning for vigging gamelon was fairly weak and i think as a ninja this is a great way of you hiding in plain sight.

here i cleared fener from my list after his reveal. so saying i am after fener because on day 1 when it was him or shadow and i voted fener isnt in my mind going after him. nice tennes, why dont you try not just using posts that suit your case and actually read the thread.

16 people are stil alive (Galayn Lord, Telas, mockra, Hood's Path, Rashan, D'riss, Silanah, Kessobahn, Tennes, Korlat, Anomandaris, Omtose, Serc, Galain, Fener,Emurlahn)

takes 9 votes to lynch, 8 to go to night

1 vote for Telas (Emurlahn)
2 votes for Mockra (Korlat, Galain)
1 votes fener (D'riss, )
1 vote for night (fener)
5 votes for Galayn lord (Kessobahn, Silanah, Hood's Path, Mockra, Serc)
1 vote for Silanah (Galayn Lord)
1 vote Shadow (Tennes)

4 people have not voted (Omtose, Telas, Rashan, Tennes, Anomandaris, )

so he says the ninja are trying to lynch him, the only ninja i think on that train of his is serc, which is why i vote dhim yesterday.

weird that serc is still voting for gl, but now we have two trains appear, one for shadow that tennes started th evote on and one for fener. you will note i am now voting fener because it is day 1 and we have 15 minutes remaining while gl is too.

That's a lynch, gimme a minute for the scene ...

gl never voted for shadow, though he is claiming that he was the hammer, that was actually hp. he changed his vote after the lynch was announced on thread.

The following people are still alive: Hood's Path, Galain, Galayn Lord, Fener, Serc, Omtose, Anomandaris, Telas, D'riss, Tennes, Korlat, Silanah, Emurlahn, Kessobahn, Rashan

Votes (8 to lynch):

4 for Galayn Lord (Anomandaris, Korlat, Tennes, Silanah)
1 for Anomandaris ( Emurlahn)
4 for Eumurlahn (Fener, Hood's Path, Kessobahn, Galain)
1 for Rashan (Galayn Lord)
1 for D'riss (Omtose)

The modkill timer is turned off, as of 8 P.M. GMT (that's noon to me). It will resume 8 P.M. GMT on Sunday. Days and Nights will still time out on schedule - 36hr. Day, 6 hr. Night.

here again i am not voting for gl as i thought the case on emur was stronger, but thats still half way to a lynch.

Lynching Rashan for lack of contribution is not a bad idea - Such lynches are always better done sooner rather than later. On the other hand, if I had to talk in Spanish for a day, i'd be mighty pissed.

I'm happy with lynching Galayn Lord (i'm voting for him at the moment), the way he weaseled out of yesterdays lynch and is rapidly weaseling out of todays is worrying. However, the fact that he hammered Shadow is, IMO, a mark in his favour.

I'm just popping in, and I won't be i'll be around for the end of the day. So I have to pick one of them now.

Vote Rashan

theres a lie there tennes, gl didnt hammer shadow.

Votes (8 to lynch):

1 for Galayn Lord (Korlat)
4 for Eumurlahn (Fener, Hood's Path, Kessobahn, Galain)
7 for Rashan (Galayn Lord, Emurlahn, Silanah, Omtose, Tennes, Telas, Anomandaris)

I won't count Korlat unless I absolutely have to - it's obvious they meant to cast a vote, but still ... I'll call it in a while if no one drops a legitimate hammer.

gl led this train, his case was along the lines of "why not rashan". so two days with two trains, not big trains, but noticeable trains. and two days when the voting was swung away to another player. i think thats a fair enough reason to vote for you, seems your symp tennes didnt want to wait for another train to develop even though up there he says he would vote for you.

serc, while your on, care to explain properly why you vigged ja on day 1, before the game really got going? was it use it or lose it, or did you have a real reason?

I think I've already exhausted that answer, namely that I didn't like the idea of forced RP, which JA specifically mentioned having. I didn't realize until it was too late that there would be others with what we can only presume is far worse forced RP than what he had. I'm not going to defend my choice, because as it turns out it was JA. Regardless of his role, I'm fairly pleased with myself that within one hour of reading my role, finding I had a day one exclusive vig that had to be used or it would disappear, I was able to smoke the weasel. As for leaving my vote on GL, that hardly counts as evidence of ninja ness. When I placed the vote, he had the highest count. After placing the vote, I walked out the door and didn't have computer access until nearly 37 hours later. I was granted an extension from the mods, because I was at a uni audition which went rather well. There was simply no way for me to remove that vote, nor even to know that the GL train had been derailed, because I had no laptop, nor did my seedy motel have a public access computer. I'm sorry if you've been misled due to my unavailability, but you'll have to live with it. I assure you, I'm just a simple pirate, and I had to go and sing.

Well, then, seems like a lynch is in order. Can we come online, and form a consensus, or is that too much to ask?

Kessobahn- Not much solid evidence on him. However, his explanations weren't very good, kind of seemed half hearted, or like he was making them up as he went.

Galayn Lord- Weaseled out twice. I didn't like the original cases, but what really struck me as odd was that, even when GL had the most votes, people switched form him for the sake of getting a lynch. That really struck me as strange.

Galain- Out of the three, the Galain case strikes me as possibly the weakest. Mainly seems based on him being under the radar. The other main problem I see is that GLs case uses Galains vote on GL as an argument, so it seems kinda like GL made it at that time to protect himself.

Symping much? :p You're being so obvious it's funny.

The reason the trains on me derailed is because, surprise surprise, most of us are actually pirates and we actually care about getting decent cases, because we want to win.

The Galain case has nothing to do with the single vote on me - I don't really need to defend myself - but it did get me to take a closer look at his voting pattern and content, which led me to the case.

Galain, you just completely missed the point.

Here's the initial case against you:

Looking at Galain - because he wants to lynch me just because people have made really lousy cases on me that didn't stick.

His voting pattern is Mockra-Fener-and then he pretty much had to change to Shadow-Serc-Emur-GL(me).

He's been very much flying under the radar, not making too daring statements, not voting on any controversial cases, just going with the flow. He objected to the Shadow lynch, and have expressed a wish to go for players like Mockra, Fener and Serc.

He's been going after me from the beginning, but not overtly, but in a very under the radar kind of way. The way I see it, he probably saw a lynch on me as the next step, hence his vote, not because it was the right thing to do. I don't blame him, with the crazy trains on me for the last two days. He could be an inno trying to play an easy game without making too much of an effort, or he could be scum flying under the radar skillfully.

vote Galain

My reason for voting quickly is because I will most likely be away for 11 hours. Take my case under consideration, but don't go for it unless you think it's really good. I'm off now.

Could someone find me a quote on de underlined bit. If it be true, I mightr agree with dis, but if it be just a strawmanning tiong, I do na know where my vote be put. Out for most of de day, but I'll try to pop in, weekends suck. But at least I do na ave to work, mon!

The relevant (underlined) part is about you wanting to lynch people other than Shadow on day 1.

was there a case? i thought you just said i voted funny and lied a lot. in fact i dont even want to lynch you anymore, i am just gonna vig you tonight because yes my suspicion on day 1 of the pirates do dayt stuff and ninjas night is based on me being able to vig only at night and being a pirate. So moickra and sercs assertation that killing during the day cleared them is why i voted them. i tried to vig serc night one but as night didnt happen i didnt use it. then fener said not to so i saved it last night. tonight i am going to vig you cause your strawmanning case is bs and no doubt all your symping buddies will be on to try and lynch me:D

I'm here. Thought we were on weekend break, but it appears I was mistaken. Cant really say I like any of the cases at them moment, but with 4 hours left I suppose we better get into gear.

On an aside, I did a reread of the beginning of day two. I was suspicious of Ano because of the way he appeared right after the lynch and claimed to have been on for the last four hours. He also expressed confusion regarding Shadow's reveal, which seemed a little like a cover to hide he had been playing in the Shadow alt. That and the RP would make it very difficult to spot him in two alts. But it seems he was on the Shadow lynch the whole time, which made me doubt my theory. I'm putting it forward anyway, but if he is a ninja he deliberately voted for one of his alts, which is a little wifom.

szeriously, there is no way we had a team of four ninjas with two spare alts, its just insane. thats six players in the evil team, they could easily have lynched anybody.
