Ah, reading all that crap about Troy was fun. Or not :) I'm away most of the day today, I'm afraid.

Shame that Serc turned out to be inno, but I do believe he was our strongest lead, which is why I left my vote on him. A late move to D'riss or HP would have resulted in no lynch, and no info.

Thyrllan did seem very sympish toward the end, so I was getting my hopes up. Grr.

Long night is long.

It makes me get to the point where I'd almost rather lynch people who don't send in PMs rather than a confirmed killer.

Almost, mind you.

How long left?

Serc coming up inno is a bummer but i still believe he was the better lynch candidate for the day.
Gives us more info than if we had lynched anyone else.

So lets get down to business.

There seems to be 3 places we can look at from yesterday.

Firstly there is the the obvious lynch train.
There is bound to be a few scum bags on the train.
And it would seem I was correct to worry that the train was picking up speed rather fast without any resistance from anyone. Only till long after I left was there any major objections. (but more about that later)
I left my vote there as I said I would not be back until way after the deadline and serc was the only viable lynch at the time. And his train and CF result be extremely valuable
Anyway, there are a few people who seemed to get their rubber arms twisted easily, rather too easily perhaps. Will go take a look at the train when I have more time.

Secondly there is Thyrlan and co. who refused to vote for serc.
Now what gets me here is their absolute vehement attitude about the serc case.
It DID have some merit yet they dismissed this and strongly defended serc.
I dont know about you but I am always second guessing myself, and I can never be SO sure as what these guys seemed to be.
Why I think we need to look at these guys is because of the timing of their defence of serc.
There was about 2/3 votes needed for a lynch. With very limited time.
No way in hell were they ever going to be able to convince the entire train to change their mind for D'riss and HP.
Ontop of that they seemed VERY sure that serc was going to turn up innocent.
So in conclusion, Thyrlan could have concluded that serc was going to get lynched regardless of his vote. And he might have decided to defend serc who he knew was going to turn up innocent so he could appear PI today.

And then ofcourse thirdly thyrlan could be telling the truth and therefore IS PI.
So maybe looking at his suspects and cases on D'riss and HP (is there a third?) has some merit.

I saw some people say that if Serc comes up inno that liosan should be looked at today.
Really?...what for?
Being the only guy able to come up with a semi decent case on day 1?

@ Ruse

Well I wouldn't , der.

It's more of a hypothetical situation. I don't know who isn't doing it, but then again I also don't know who a confirmed killer is either, and you haven't quizzed me on that :)

I think I could make a guess at one of the people who has barely graced this thread with any posts, and haven't been seen since well before night began.

The Serc train does worry me, but then again, I'm persuaded by the case that Liosan has a point. Now, if he's wrong, I think Liosan is probably a good lynch for tomorrow, but atm, I can't help but see his point. Now, I will wait for Serc to respond before I cast my vote, assuming he's on before night. I don't want to see day 2 dawn with no new info, so lynch somebody. Preferably somebody who has a logical case against them...

This is silly.

Yea it almost looks like he is looking fpr a "fall guy".

How can he agree with the case by Liosan, but condemn him if he is wrong at the same time?
Its downright self contradictory.
