Who kills Ullen?

A bit confused.

Who was the lady, just a random veil who came to kill Ullen? Who is Moss, more importantly, he seems rather badass to be just another random claw.

Obviously a veil, and sounds reminiscent to the one that threatens the Harbor Guard in Unta.

Moss is an agent of Laseen, probably claw-trained, but outside the normal command structure so that he doesn't function inside a Hand.

Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

I thought that woman was killed after she suddenly attacked, and Ullen or somebody remarks on how that must have been like when their enemies were attacked by Dancer.

From the description it sounds like Isha, who was indeed the one that threatened the Unta harbour guard.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it was Isha, as well. That's who I was thinking of when I read it.
