I think the deliverance promised Ereko will be to see Dassem taking out Kallor in the future. Something that might not have happened previously because Dassem had no such motivation to kill him previously.

Traveller was also seeking revenge for the death of Whiskeyjack. He said that to Kallor when they fought.

I was annoyed that kallor had to ONCE AGAIN call on the CG for help. Frigging pussy.

Ha ha. The guy lost to Whiskeyjack. Did you expect him to take Dassem Ultor?

note to traveller:next tinme cut off his fricken head, or at least an arm before he cries to mommy"crippled god save me."

Kalor escaping is getting REAL annoying.

This begs the question, what is Kallor to the crippled god? We actually see in his POV he doesnt really care for the CG, and Skinner is now king of HOC...

I have seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter at the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in the rain...."

He is the Reaver in the House of Chains as far as we know.

The CG supports Kallor because he can trust on him, fucking the good guys up well and good now and again, without even asking him to do it :)

I agree, bailing kallor out every now and again is a very wise investment for the Crippled God.

so did Ereko summon Kallor or was it some ritual Kallor set up that brought him to Jacuraku?

I assumed it was the CG because it was him who rescued Kallor in MoI.
Suck it Errant!

It has been proven beyond all reasonable doubt that the most powerful force on Wu is a bunch of messed-up Malazans with Moranth munitions.
