Suspicious that both times there has been a night kill it was someone who attacked HP, and HP targeted the one who died...

I'm thinking that after all the backlash from the first time if HP was scum he wouldn't of killed the main person attacking him, so someone is trying to frame HP. It seems too easy that HP is the answer.
