At least one of your fellow Robot Elite have been hacked and are being remotely controlled by one of the few remaining survivors. Your ship is nearing the robot homeworld for repairs and refuelling. If the human-controlled robot makes it there, the existence of your entire race is in danger. Each of the robots aboard is a specialist with certain subroutines that allow them to do a task twice per 24 hour period.

But of course, with the fact that you have achieved sentience, perhaps some of you are able to assimilate the subroutines of others and use them as your own.

It takes 12 hours for your subroutines to gather enough power to do their job. Subroutines happen instantly (there is no night.)
