Icarium's Mother

I'm not sure if this gets proven somewhere in RotCG or TtH but is Icarium's mother, Kilmandaros?
The only hint towards her identity I've seen so far is what The Errant thinks when Icarium lands in Lether. He thinks of Icarium's parents and refers to both Gothos and 'That giant bitch'.
Now the only female I could think of as being referred to as giant, specifically in comparison to Gothos is Kilmandaros. So is this true or am I just plucking at strings?

It is revealed in RG that Icariums mother was a Toblakai - or at least had quite a lot of Toblakai blood.
When Iccy meets with Karsa in the marketplace in Lether, he holds off attacking him, and looks closely at him saying something like'yes, I see it now.' If his mother was a Toblakai (go Gothos!) then it is unlikely to be Killi.
(I doubt even Gothos is that brave..)

The term used was "Overgrown hag".
Some theorise that Killy is the Mother of the FA other speculate that the TTT are the children of Killy. However, something in RCG suggests that the giant races might originate from the first children of Burn.
What ever is the case, Iccy seems to to have some TTT blood in him.
EDIT: Holy Crap! Gothos fucked BURN! Good heavens, that guy gets around.

I think it's been mooted by someone in another thread that the Eres'al could be the mother of Icarium seeing how easily she took him down. I mean she literally put him to sleep, like an ON/OFF switch was triggered. Also after that she lovingly(IMO) strokes his forehead and hair. Maybe this was symphathy for his condition or something more. Also I feel it's been hinted that Eres were the primitive precursor of the Imass, Bhargast, Monarth and had some links to Thelomen Toblakai. This all an estimated guesswork on my part. I could be proved wrong since I haven't read past RG.
I don't need to compromise my principles, because they don't have the slightest bearing on what happens to me anyway.

I never imagined the Eres'al as an overgrown hag though.

I am thinking that Eres are potrayed as large apes and the missing link between the present day human races to apes. Therefore maybe the Errant was just being "rude" when referring to her as an overgrown hag. He doesn't say Giant hag. Overgrown is a very relative term.
Though an obvious conclusion that I have come to now is this: The reason Icarium destroyed a continent was because the Errant cracked a few "YO MAMA" jokes at him.

Eres'al are described as slight, furred, smaller-than-human. Consistent with an early evolutionary form of modern humans. They were more likely precursors to the Imass, who were distant but related ancestors of the humans. The behaviour with the Deragoth sort of backs this, as do the frequent descriptions of the Imass as early humans.
The Imass have heavy brow-ridges, much like many early human species; the Eres are meant to be the even earlier ancestors - almost animal, but with a form of society with intellligence to use early tools etc.
The Thel Akai were the earliest (we know of) ancestor of the 'giant' races - Thelomen Toblakai, Barghast, and the Trell. There are crosses where these races have bred, resulting in Jhag, (Icarium) and possibly 'diluted' blood species; like Ublala Pung - I think he was only part/half Toblakai. These races and their decendents seem to be able to interbreed, anyway.
The Jaghut are a bit different, as they seem non-human, like the Forkrul Assail - they have been around for a hundreds of thousands of years, without much change - during the first Imass hunt/ritual, the Jaghut looked the same as the ones that survived. The FA and KC are completely non-human related.

In my re-reading of Reapers Gale, I've noticed something else about this.
When Karsa meets Icarium in Letheras, he notices something about the Jhag's parentage. One of his parents is Jaghut (Gothos - Father) and the other is Toblakai.
This would hint that either Icarium's mother is unimportant or somebody that we haven't met yet, because the only Toblakai we know of (up to RG of course) are Karsa, Bairoth, Delum and the few others in Karsa's village. Every other person with Toblakai blood has it diluted.

What's this Thel Akai? The diamond studded gaints that Quick Ben meets inside burn?
