Serc set his sights and decided on a course of action, he had been bursting with enthusiam earlier that night but now, out here in the jungle his confidence began to wane...
Dawn broke across the remains of a body, it didnt take long for you to identify serc, people looked at each other nervously, wondering how things had suddenly started to go so wrong.
Serc has died, he was of the town.
It is day 3, you have 36 hours remaining.
17 players remain, 9 to lynch, 9 to go to night.

Only someone with this much power could make this many frittatas without breaking any eggs.

Ok well I can't say I'm totally surprised about that death. At least its only one so I think we did have an automatic kill last night and a vig.

There was also the fact that he basically stated he had a role, which is just begging for the killers to get him so he can't help.

Why did they do that? If Rashan comes up guilty Serc would be a prime candidate for a lynch. If Rashan came up as innocent, Serc could equally have been the last ivet trying to make himself seem more innocent by defending an inno. there must've been some additional information I think.. Or perhaps they're just fucking with us.
Anyways, only one killing this night strenghtens Tennes' claim in my opinion. Rashan is an excellent candidate for a lynch, but there's surely no reason to jump on it within the first hour?

That's a good point. Killing the roled innos is always tempting for a killer. Still, I find it odd they didn't try to lynch him first.

lol, don't take this the wrong way, Liosan, but you almost sound like a symp frustrated by hs master's choice.
anyhow, NK's are WIFOM. always. I don't believe it does any good to try to think what the killers thought.

I'm frustrated because it makes no sense to me. I don't like it when things make no sense

Back temporarily. I don't know what to make of this Rashan business, but there's not much to do besides try again. If we don't, we'll just go around in circles. I am however concerned about Serc dying. One could argue that he was killed because he hinted he was roled, but there is also a small chance the scum didn't want us to listen to him, so what about him was bad for the scum?
I might have missed something in my reread, because I'm really tired right now, so I'm gonna go soon to get some sleep.

I don't think there was any chance of us paying attention to Serc no matter what he'd say. Lynching Rashan is a given, no matter if people believe Tennes or not I think. Especially when the it turns out he had a BP.

I'll be going to bed now. Got a long day at the office tomorrow, will be running from meeting to meeting, and from there till midnight, beer with friends.
So, I'll kick off the train because I'm not sure I'll be back before the end of the day, if it goes like today:
vote Rashan.
If he's town, he's made his position untenable: he should be glad he's still alive but showed yesterday no inclination whatsoever to reveal and aid town by not making us waste a lynch, when he had plenty of opportunity. More, he'll make us waste today as well
If he is Ivet, then so far so good and explains why he shut it and will continue to do so. If he is cultist, exactly the same.
Serc's death: walking on thin ice here, but all WIFOM aside: I think it just reinforces the fact that Rashan is Ivet. Killing the sole inno who's defending you, and knowing it, will make it seem as if the killers want him lynched, badly, and remove all the opposition. At the same time, it flashes the Town tag to those who are eager to vote for him, maybe making them reconsider.
In effect, it changes nothing. Rashan holds one very important piece of information and the only way to get it and be sure, is through CF. That will decide the follow up, sudden reveals by finders aside. Since this has been my point of view since yesterday morning, it won't come as a shock.
Now, nn all. Catch you hopefully after breakfast or during lynch break.

Well, of course, the killers might want us to hesitate lynching Rashan, although that might be a bit far fetched. As you say, we have to lynch him to get somewhere. Our next move solely depends on his CF.
I'm going to bed, so I'm gonna
vote Rashan.

I'm off now. I think this situation calls for a reread, because I have this dreadful feeling we've missed something, but I'm gonna do that tomorrow, because I can't think right now. Gn.
