Gaylan, do you know why Serc revealed he was roled?

no-one knows
it's a mystery of our times
likewise, I have absolutely no clue what he hoped to achieve by it
Edit: that's 7 votes on Rashan, I believe.. he may notbe happy when he wakes up...

It was absolutely uncalled for. Especially at night
I really don't know what he was trying to prove. And we might have lost an inno power role as a result... the cult must be smiling something fierce right now.

I know, right? straight mind boggling. And while we do the whole BP double lynch the cult just gets stronger and stronger as the days fly by.

Here is a thought, maybe he (serc) was a straight RI and knew his loss wouldn't be too detrimental, he really wants us to win, and think things through. He fake claims roled to draw the killers and we only lose a non roled inno. I know, I know, grasping at straws but if Serc is who I think he is, its just crazy he did that w/o a motive

at the same time, I really don't see how we can NOT lynch Rashan
I mean, it's Mafia 101 when it comes to finder reveals.
and the lack of a counter reveal/role reveal by Rashan eliminates a reason not to lynch him.

hmm
that's possible
but, once again, nk's are WIFOM
we won't get anywhere obcessing over why someone died and the other person didn't

Woa.
On my catch-up read I had ALL of Serc's posts quoted in a separate window, that's the biggest, most concentrated amount of junk I read in a long time. Quinn is not Ivet, Tennes is a finder that used the book info to lie to us and make his reveal more complex for some reason, Rashan didn't defend himself so is inno, lynch me to prove my "case".
And now BAM! he gets NKed and CFs inno. Absolutely mind-boggling.
...
OK, the only one NK. The scenario of Woofie getting auto-ass-kicked by his find target for being Super-Evil explains all the night 1 kills, there is no strange coincidence and nothing is fishy, still, in Tennes' story.
I don't know if Rashan is lynched already, but I'll wait a bit for my vote. Now his "defense" is to remind us of the cult, well screw the mods for making ANYONE lynch-proof (NK BP, I understand, but lynch-proof breaks the game IMO) and forcing us to waste two lynches on Quinn.
What else can we do? The cults don't kill, if Quinn is such a fucking finder-killing-BP-machine I doubt he can be recruited/possessed, and to win we DO need him dead. So we need to waste two lynches on him, and if that puts us at a disadvantage then it's bad balance from dibs, not our fault.
One point which didn't help is the "doubtful" (being polite here) decision of our vig to unleash on night 1. His reason was that he was afraid to not have time to use it with killers around, but who gives a shit if a vig dies with his vig kill unused?? The point is to help the game, not to use your role. The fact that the sheriff was shooting like an ass knowing he had his dog around not knowing who he was is the only part of Tennes' story that bugs me.

9 votes to lynch
he got 7, I believe
I'm mildly euphoric, since I've finally finished my 13 page paper (other than minor crap like insertng references, which i can do at home)
now, if only i didn't have a 6-pager due tomorrow also...
and library closes in 40 minutes, damn. I inderstand it's 2 AM, but still

We had a game with lynch-proof last spring, though I can't remember which one.
It was kind of amusing after the second time, especially the way the scenes were written.

Rashan, it doesn't matter if you're inno or Ivet, cult is your ennemy too.
Your last post was about the cult being safe while we speed-lynch you, so what's your plan/suggestion to find them?
Like I said, I don't like more than you wasting two lynches on you, whether you're inno or Ivet we NEED to know. I blame the mods for coming up with these useless blocks in the flow of the game (I just sent them a well-felt rant), but we have no choice.
Waiting just to wait does not help us really, but I do think we should let everyone post once today. Maybe some had night actions whose result is crucial to know for this situation and show us an angle we can't see from here. That's unlikely, but I don't see the harm.

I don't know if it was brought forward previously, but I just had a thought.
Dibs kept saying that the possessed "may" come into play, depending on a triggering event. What if the "event" in question is the first kill attempt on Quinn? In the book he was the first possessed, if I read people's descriptions correctly. Maybe from now on the possession will start.
I don't know if the current Rashan is actually possessed, if so he's making a good impersonation
. I also don't know if it means that we can curb future possession events by getting rid of Rashan now, although I somehow doubt it would be the case since I can't imagine dibs would imagine we would leave someone alone after trying to kill them once.
...
Also, if Rashan comes out Ivet, I'll officially celebrate the death of Serc as the loss of the symp. His comment "lynch me to prove I'm right" when he never brought forward any fact was the last drop. How the hell would someone coming out "inno" prove his paranoid delusions to be true? I mean, what the hell was Serc thinking? Anyways.

sigh
from what I gathered, in the books posessions started form tortures practiced by Quinn
but I guess it's possible.
we'll see I guess
I won't be on a lot tomorrow, because I'm going back home, and then going to see a concert. I'll check to see what happens here in the morning, but you may not get a whole lot of input from me.

Going to bed, hopefully to awake a dead Quinn. Anyone know when Korv. last posted? Is he close to a mod kill with his 4 posts?

Morning people. I was completely convinced last night that Rashan and Serc were both scum... so I'm surprised at the CF.
Having said that, Rashan really needs to die or we'll never move on. Galain did manage to stay my hand though - I think it would be a mistake to lynch Rashan before everyone has had the chance to come on and perhaps contribute in some way.
For that reason I'm not going to put Rashan at L-1, just in case. I won't be back on for some time, but I imagine day will be long over by then. See you all later.

Just to be clear, there's no doubt in my mind that Rashan should get the lynch today. I'm just waiting a little in the off-chance someone will come forward with an earth-shattering revelation.
Who hasn't posted so far today?
Emurlahn, Fener, Galain, Galayn lord, Gamelon, Hood's Path, Korvalain, Liosan, Meanas, Mockra, Omtose, Ruse, Shadow, Telas, Thyrllan, Rashan, Tennes
I won't time out the day waiting for them, but a couple of hours we can easily spare.
