God, it took me over an hour to read all that.

Lynching Rashan was the right thing to do. His non-death makes me think either he's BP or there was a possession event.

Ok, he could definitely have a BP, which could make him Quinn. But I don't think we should assume that Town cannot have a BP, so let's carry on with that in mind.

Here's my thoughts on the possession possibility:

1) There was a funny red light, which we all know means funky shit is going on.

2) I have already stated that the only way for a possession to arise from a lynching is if the person possessed does not die. Rashan did not die.

3) In the books, Quinn got possessed but regained control of his own body and mind. And I don't care if anyone thinks that's a spoiler. It's already been mentioned on thread.

4) Rashan's posting style has not changed, and he clearly knew that he wasn't going to die, so I don't think that if he's been possessed, the possessor still has control.

So what I'm saying is that I think Rashan is Quinn, probably because of a possession event, though admittedly maybe because of a BP. This is speculation, but I've outlined my reasoning for it.

Way forward? Lynch Rashan. Again. And if he comes up inno, we lynch Tennes, for obvious reasons.

So in my mind, we have two points to consider

Ooh, a BP. And DiBs said the first few days would be simple.

So, people who have read the book, can you think of any 'good' guy who's character would translate into being a BP? Dont have to name names or go into details. Just a simple 'Yes there might be' will suffice.

Rashan seems the right mix of indignant, frustrated and slightly blase I would expect from an innocent. With a possible three/four kills a night, a BP or two would help balance the game. Thing is - would that extend to a day BP?

The other thing is that Tennes has pretty much staked his whole game on being an Ivet. Not 'I got this weird pm that says Rashan might be guilty', but 'Rashan is Ivet, and only an Ivet'. Now I see no reason why he would do that if he was anything other than innocent. If Rashan turns out to be anything other than Ivet, he'll obviously get lynched. If he's somehow a symp, it's a bit premature and unnecessary. So for now I'm inclined to believe him.
