Sorry for the mess-up, I had to create a second game, because Opera blocked a pop-up the first time round that was needed to initialise the game. So you want the one titled "Actual Malazan Politics Game"

If done correctly, you should have received an email with site and all that.
There are private channels and a public one, for each piece, every possible move is given, through a drop down menu you select what move you want. Timer runs down from 24h to 0, and once everyone has put in moves and confirmed them, the turn is auto-resolved. Could lead to much hilarity if you put them in early, then never check and see moves resolved that are completely out of phase with everything discussed till then.
