I got my copy of Caine's Law last week. But I've only read Heroes Die. So, the next book will be BoT. Though it'll probably be a while before I make it through the whole series.

I would burn your To Read Pile if you've left Blade of Tyshalle and Caine Black Knife unread this long. Just fucking raze it and let the phoenixes rise from the ashes where they may.
I survived the Permian and all I got was this t-shirt.

To be fair, I'm pretty sure someone tracked down a copy of BoT for him only recently.
So Neth, I'll generously give you two weeks.

Don't be silly.
He has CAINE'S LAW.
HE HAS CAINE'S LAW.
There's no excuse for doing anything other than reading with occassional pee breaks.
Not even that if he has an adult diaper handy.

Thanks to Google Alerts for tipping me off to this Kirkus Review of Caine's Law. There's some mildly spoilery stuff I'll hide for those who care:
Quote
Continuing the blended fantasy/science fiction adventures of Stover's homicidal antihero (Caine Black Knife, 2008, etc.).
If you're unfamiliar with the Caine saga, the first 100 pages offer a rapid-shuffle blur of riotous confusion, but patient readers eventually will grasp that the near-future Earth is a disastrously overpopulated, caste-ridden dictatorship whose instrument of control is the dreaded Social Police. The downtrodden masses dream of escaping to Overworld, a planet accessible via advanced technology where magic works and fantasy tropes like dragons and elves are real. However, only Actors trained in violence and magic, equipped with “thoughtmitters” that beam back virtual-reality live access to their experiences, get to go there. Actor Caine, under multiple identities, has been making mayhem at his sponsors' bidding for more than 50 years, battling gods, demons, enemies and friends alike. Perpetually bruised and battered, he survives only through healing magic and his indomitable will.
Brutal, witty, insightful, addictive, frequently baffling and altogether astonishing.

Spoiler
Expect multiple plot threads that loop wildly and unpredictably between past and present, expletive-laden dialogue, havoc, torture and mass destruction. For starters.Brutal, witty, insightful, addictive, frequently baffling and altogether astonishing.

Well... Caine is 50 years old (in CBK he says he was 25 at the Boedecken, and it's been that long since.) The various identities thing is totally true: He's actually Hari Michaelson, before he was Caine he was Dominic Shade, and at the end of CBK he's taken to Jonathan Fist, never mind the various titles he holds like Blade of Tyshalle or the Enemy of God and all that...

My book was supposed to be here in my hands as per the initial shipping order. However, it got lost in Pennsylvania for a couple days.
Right now it's in New Jersey and we'll see when it makes the trek up north.
We'll see how long it takes me to go from patient to placing the fucking open hand of Khryl upon the spinal cords of all those who dare delay the delivery of this dragonfucknuts surefire masterpiece.
