I'd love to have the clarification about Remaining heroes, since I recall Barghast saying that Company no longer needs to capture Claire to win--he said that back when he came clean as noah and started this whole plan.
if so, then it would make sense that they also don't need Peter, and if that's the case, the company can recruit the 3 unaligneds and Hiro today, and we can all win.

Actually, I think peter is more likely to get shafted. Because he can beat us even dead, if sylar dies, and claire still lives. Thus we need to keep sylar alive, or kill claire.

Options:

Recruit sylar tonight. Kill claire tommorow. Kill sylar tommorow night. As peter lives, sylar doesnt win, and peter is safe with syalr recruited, and as many BPs as hes got.

OR.

Recruit sylar tonight+one other. Kill peter tommorow. Re-recruit sylar tommorow+one other, and repeat until all heroes are captured.
