He's faking, to draw attention away.
Or hes faking to try and get confirmed as parkman, because he cannot provisional.

Yes, I am not Parkman because you have some information you received upon being recruited that tells you I am not him, yet you cannot share this information or in any other way prove your claim to us, or even back it up. All this draws attention away from Mockra, your boss.

Why would I be protecting Fener if he was claire? Surely I would be better of attacking Fener then, to keep attention on the attacks and not his role?
