Sylar doesnt seem to have thought that through massively though. I can obviously see why he wants you dead(doesnt want predicted) but it also gives him the disadvantage of not being able to predict others.
Not to mention he'll be at risk from the virus if mohinder cant out guess adam.

To be honest i don't understand why you have a BP in the first place unless its to keep you alive a bit longer to help us, in which case it may work against Sylar.

So, no supporters for Sylar's action possibly being a day action rather than a provisional?
Serc, you sure the stalking was a provisional?
Also, if you were killed without him getting the action, well, at least that is something for the other parties to hang on to.

The moon glows softly through the dome glass. The soft sound of footsteps is heard in the small yard. Who's the hunter and who's the prey? The hunter is hunted, and the prey is...lost.
Tzzzzk! "Got him." "That was close! Good thing the Haitian was here." "Man, I almost got him!"
Mocking laughter as the prey that is also the hunter disappears around a corner. "Pathetic! Haha!"
Somewhere someone's knocking intently on a door. "Hello? Is anybody in there?! I have got something here that can help you!" Nobody is answering, so he continues around a corner, still looking around...
And the other one, with malicious intent, carrying out his little chores... "One for you..." "And one for you..."
"And another for you..." And he leaves content, more than most years of the last hundred or so.
Sudden movements, inexplicably fast, arms and torso crushed into the ground. "You didn't think you'd get away with it, did you?" So he screams as Jessica's foot hovers a split second over his head. Then she drives the heel right through his scull. Splack!
Galain (The Dude) is dead. He was Adam Monroe. His winning condition was tied to Sylar.
It is day 2. You have 36 hours and 00 minutes left.
There are 14 players alive. 8 votes to lynch, 7 for night.
Players that have not voted: Barghast, D'riss, Emurlahn, Fener, Korvalain, Liosan, Meanas, Mockra, Omtose,
Ruse, Serc, Shadow, Telas, Thyrrlan

Yeah that seems a bit odd, as that's all he's really got going for him is that he can't be killed unless you remove his head.
