peter does seem to be the exception but in truth its a lie. If we lynch peter day 1, the victory conditions for the company change so they need recruit every surviving power. While sylar only needs claire. at this point peter can win if sylar is killed, and sylar can win if claire is killed. So where does that leave us? we cant take out sylar, or peter wins (and no one will be in his faction), we cant take out claire or sylar wins. thinking about it fromt hw winnign conditions i know taking out peter first makes sylar or peter the only possible victors. Realistically speaking sylar will eventually get claire, or someone will eventually get sylar.

So lynching peter is a big no no until both claire and sylar are dead. which means we are again relying on the company.

Ehm, Mohinder has the curing ability, no? Even if it only goes against Adam, it is still an ability. Also, if the virus wasn't important for Adam or if it was not a better way to victory for him, why would the ability be there in the first place? He'd be much less circumspect if he would not use it if he can't win through it himself, and by not using it, he'd deny Mohinder victory. 2 birds with one stone. I really think the additional victory condition is for Adam, or for both Mohinder and Adam, but not just for Mohinder.

Also, powerless people can get captured by the company or saved by Peter, I guess, at the least until it becomes known they lack power.

From the rules
Sylar can kill players. If you are killed by Sylar, you become a part of him, and win when he wins. The exception is Peter Petrelli and Claire Bennet. Sylar wins when Peter Petrelli and Claire Bennet are both dead.
Sylar needs both Claire and Peter dead for him to win, Also as it states in Peter's description that he doesn't have to be alive to win, I assume that Sylar loses if he is killed.

But what would Mohinders victory condition be? I would assume everyone starts the game clean and doesn't need to be cured of anything. So if it is as you say Mohinder vs. Adam and adam has to kill people with virus? (sorry I don't watch the show so I feel really behind as far as abilities and plot lines) Mohinders winning condition might be to have no one infected at Games end? So possibly 2 seperate groups win perhaps. Say the company got all 4 of their captures AND no one is infected, Company wins and Mohinder wins?

Yes, but then how would adam win? It would be almost impossible.
As someone said, healers cant heal themselves.
However, in the series, it is Mohinders blood that heals the people, so it stands to reason(since its his blood) that he's uninfectable.

Therefore, how the hell can adam win. Especially if Mohinder can heal 3 people. Itd just be one sided.
Perhaps adam can do something else or something?
