Hmm, some clarification please - to go to night you need players/2... If there's an odd number of players is that number rounded up or down? I always just made it one less than the number for a lynch, but technically it's whichever number makes a lynch impossible. So with 9 players would be 5 to lynch and 5 to go to night.

I doubt that will happen, seeing as how it says the number required quite clearly in the vote count. That's why I asked for clarification about the number required. We could be bastards and leave it out tomorrow, but that's just plain mean...

Some thoughts from JA, who seems a little bitter and slightly confused. Wasnt he told lisheo is a killer?

That's what I was planning on doing. Changing it now would make it a little too obvious. Night should be really short, just need lish and mocker (who are both usually on round about now) to confirm their NK, which is DK at the moment.

Lace is somewhat anoying me though. He is trying, he does participate but he is too single minded and too unwilling to cooperate I think. His case on me was not a strong case. .. Oh yeah, this extreeme animosity towards JA is a bit mean. Even if it's a joke it can't be much fun to play while people yell that shit at you again and again. I personaly like JA's play. It's much more fun when people pull crazy shenaningans like he does I think.

Re JA: I think 5 new guys that are in awe of him take the "JA is the weasel, he must be killed" too seriously and it affects him. To you all, it's an old joke and there's respect for him tricking everyone. For me and possibly for Grief as well, it's still relatively new but we've seen it happen a couple of times, and it ain't such a novelty anymore (this game is pretty educational for me though because he's starting it up only now so I can witness it better).

Re Lace: He does right now play as if the game is evolving with him as an objective observer along the sidelines, instead of being in the middle of it, and regards everyone else as subjective, I think that might be the main problem.
Aside from that, he's either expecting too many clearcut cases, or he takes pleasure in minimizing other people's efforts by portraying it as drivel, I've noticed him doing that a couple of times. Could also be that the barrage on day 2 shook him a bit and that it is a defensive reflex. Yellow knows him a lot better, though. Or maybe he wants to play like he's seen it all, which might just work in alted.

I guess time will tell, one game played is too early for me to judge him and equally one game played isn't enough for him to judge what Mafia is about and what the little triggers are that one goes/falls for.
