Maybe she just doesn't know how to act. Are you going to try to be friends? If so, well then, e-mailing you like a normal person is a step in the right direction. If you've decided that you don't want to be friends and haven't told her already, now's the time. If you have already told her that you don't want to be friends, block her e-mail.
