Murphy has effectively conspired against me.

I was planning to hit the bars with the pink vest Friday or Saturday night.
Got word that we're throwing a party for a friend's birthday on Saturday (a friend who does not drink) so that eliminates that.
But, Hey Friday is good!
Wrong, I have discovered that one of my friends who wanted to come on the pubcrawl has just been called in as a judge for the graduation contests of his Department in Montreal.
That would leave me, and one of my friends who probably won't go without the other.
Because the third friend has a newborn son, and is working till 9 on Friday, it makes things difficult.
They suggested I do it next weekend, I'm working.
So yeah.

I got my first E ever. In advanced material mechanics. And I've never worked so much with one particular subject before.

Poor Urb! I remember the first thing I ever really fucked up on. I don't quite remember the 2nd to 100th quite so well. Being crap at some stuff you don't want to be crap at is an important lesson in life......apparently :rant:

I was applying to the GMPTE Graduate scheme, and the internet broke. GRRR! Now I have to do it all over tomorrow when I'm not drinking...

I spent ten hours creating and installing a Hydraulic PTO(Power Take Off) on a work-cart, only to have my boss attach a spreader to the cart, not lock the trailer pin,(Have said pin fall out) then rip out half the hydraulic system....... :rant: It will take me at least 2 days to repair all the damage.

Fucking shitbag people! I was woken up at half 3 by my downstairs neighbours having a huge barny. It escalated over 30mins and he definitely hit his girlfriend. I hammered on the floor and now they have been quiet for about 20minutes. So now I'm up and about wondering if I should do something..... She didn't sound terrified and she was still shouting back after he hit her. Do I call the police or what? Should I go down if it happens again? I hate to grade domestic violence but what do you do when it isn't a total thrashing?

Well it's still domestic violence.
But if you didn't visualy witness the crime and she doesn't press charges it won't do much. You can only call in for domestic disturbance and disturbing the peace.
Hope they keep quiet.

May you could whip up a batch of fake blood and throw it on their window, that should be cause for pause.

Well I can't be sure but by the sounds of it he did. I have suspected it before but you can never tell without seeing it. The pair of them are scumbags to be fair and now they have been quiet for ages. Things are all confusing at night when you are half asleep. I don't think it would be appropriate to call the police now..... Argh!

in the recent dozen weeks a woman used me to get closer to my best buddy, and since then, she's managed to take my friends and my favourite club away as well. at least she puts me in a situation where I can't feel comfortable or at ease when going out, and is there any other reason to do so? it's encroachment, and I have to step back. again.
