I have an official policy that when I can't decide if I should go out, then I don't. I have to agree with Hidden One now dont listen to me. Got absolutely slaughtered last night at my works party and theres a whole list of reasons I got up this morning, naked, alone and ashamed. Had to go into work today with the most unspeakable hangover and face eveyone from last night....

My parents did not take too kindly to Mr awesome's romantic gesture (which, I must admit, involved sort of crashing my siblings 18th birthday family gathering. No one does things like that, right? But he did it for me, not knowing how it would go, and it was awesome!), and thought it was rude, impolite and weird...so not a great first impression. They even went so far as to say he wasn't really welcome here again....fuck!

We just found out that the father of a friend of ours committed suicide last night.

Gods. Right before Christmas too. Just horrible for the family.

Apparently he was quite depressed, but hid it well.
