Tossing up whether or not to go to this party tonight. A few people there are close friends but the rest are just acquaintances or friends-of-friends. Should I just have a go and see, or stay home? I honestly have no idea.
Getting out and socializing with new people is how you make new friends. I say do that shit up right! Blazer-Brigade Activate!

I have an official policy that when I can't decide if I should go out, then I don't. Unless I know I'm just being lazy or am in one of those periods where I'm actively trying to make new friends (moved to a new place or new job, that kind of thing). The indecision usually stems from not wanting to go but feeling like you should. Fuck that shit! Stay at home
While I usually favour Mezla 'stay in to be sure' idea im off out tonight for a works party where ill be one of the new guys there, barely know anyone, will cost me money I dont have,I have work the next day, I will undoubtedly get drunk and do something stupid etc yet im still going.
Why not? Expect drunk/hungover comments tomorrow about how I vomited all over my boss or got with one of the girls in the shop while we both stood on chairs so everyone couldnt help but see when I wasnt at all interested in her (happened last time). Im not sure I want to go and am regretting saying yes but I am forcing myself to go.
AIJ should do the same and if he gets bored pull out his blazer to dazzle everyone (blazer not a euphemism)
