I'm fine! KL posted not very long before you, so I'm assuming no problem there.

Only one death, thankfully (rumours of a second death abound, but it's unconfirmed). It was a pretty epic tornado for us, though. Nothing spectacular on the international scale, but pretty large and devastating as far as NZ is concerned. Hopefully it's the last one we get for a good long time.

Does tornado strike location correlate highly with density of trailer-parks in NZ like it does in the US?

But seriously, we don't get enough of them to have that kind of data. Bearing in mind this country has a population density better than most American states, half of them probably aren't even noticed by most folk. And the ones that are, are small. Apparently we've only had four F2-class tornadoes in the past century.
So, no. And this one was straight through a shopping mall (where most of the damage was done). Populated area, for us. But not trailer-park style, no.

I can safely say however, that my planned shopping trip for tomorrow is now cancelled. Which is a bit of a bummer, but not half as much of a bummer as being dead. Hopefully no one that I know, and it's probably safe to say I'd have been informed by now if it was.
Watching the footage is disconcerting though. Not used to seeing places I'm very familiar with + tornadoes. One of my friends works in Albany and some of the footage they captured was on the news.

I have stupid cold..red, dripping nose is not a good look for me

Dear Gothos,
Shiara, gracious as she is, photocopied my gameinformer ME3 article for you.......however, the first time she did it the scale was off so she did it a second time and it worked....unfortunately only the bad scan of the first page emailed through correctly. She is going to try again tomorrow. I'm sure she will succeed this time!
Here is the bad scan - at least it will give you something to drool over

As promised in the making you happy thread, I am now in so much pain from what was possibly the most mental gig I have ever been to. Utterly brilliant, yes, but total insanity in the mosh pit... Skindred get better every time I see them live. Just hope I can walk tomorrow...
