Can I just make sure everyone is aware that it was entirely unintentional! I was overcome by your buggers grips and they just happened to get in the way!
An additional problem with boobies - They can make unintended contact with people! A guy at work was showing me something in the lab once and I leaned over to have a look. We both realised my boob was on his arm after a few moments and it was so awkward we actually did the silence and throat clearing thing!!

Chocolate milk. Drink a couple pints of it after your workout while you're at home resting. It's seriously the best cheap recovery-aiding food/drink I have come across yet. Try to get the kind without corn syrup added. I get a half-gallon when I'm in the mood and drink about 3/5ths of it that night.
I can give you my weight-lifting routine; it doesn't involve going to exhaustion on anything, which'll help the arms. You will be tired though.

I've got a really deep friction burn on the side of my face from playing RL on Saturday and it's causing me to have trouble sleeping, the fucker.
