I'm currently packing up my stuff to move out of my flat, but i've nowhere to move to yet. Oops.

Hard to find a student flat when all the students are away, and most of the accommodation businesses were closed for the last week or so. The worst part is that here in Dunedin, landlords insist on you signing a long term lease by default, so i really do need to find something decent and not just jump at the first option.

Plus, decent flats/rooms are pretty expensive here.

Fingers crossed something decent comes up soon.

Just got back from visiting - apparently her liver got itself nice and covered in lesions and fused itself to her RIBS. They have fixed that but still don't know why it happened and she is still in pain so has not been discharged. That just sounds so crazy to me!!! But I brought her Dr Who and emergency chocolate... which makes everything better

@ Cent: Good luck, fingers crossed.

Personally, I went up to Lake Tahoe with my family for 3 days of skiing, but I hurt my back the day we left and so I couldn't ski, and had to sit around at the cabin by myself (booooo). Made some sick snowmen (yay). No pictures, though (booo).
