Spent the last 2 hours paying off medical bills from the three procedures I've had done over the last 80 days.

Total charged by the hospitals/doctors involved: ~$14000

I have US Medicare due to disability.
Total medicare approved: ~$8000
My costs: $750

Poor bastard without insurance cost: ~$14000.

50% of all US bankruptcies involve high medical bills.

I'm a firm member of the pro capitalist camp. But Health Care and the Penal System should not be for-profit enterprises.

Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

My passport has expired.. What a pain. Lets see if the nearest embassy feels responsible or if I have to cross half the country like last time... *sigh*

Our Internet is down. It's not a router problem,it's a problem at the exchange. So who know when it is going to be fixed...

And now, cos I decided to use my phone as a WiFi hotpot so we could watch Netflix on the PS4 I have used far too much data...

1st world problems.

I have unlimited data. I got in with Att like 2 months before they stopped doing it and am grandfathered in but I still get txt telling me I've hit 5gb and I could get additional fees but I never do. I guess it's an error on their part? This post just reminded me of that annoyance

Yeah I'm not sure how much I'm meant to have I have never used this much before (and yes I am pretty much permanently on CoC even when on 4G).

Yeah that's too far. This is why I've always argued Germany should be split in two. Can somebody get on that, please?!

Divorce and surrounding events continue to emotionally kill me. It's elation one day, dispair the next, a helping of overreaction and guilt here and a splash of self righteous self-pity there.

Gods, I really don't know how long I can maintain all this. And thank you American workaholism for not giving me any rest/outs.

You can't have it both ways Gnaw. You're sad Alabama won but happy Clemson lost. Clearly none of your money was in this.

Anyone know anything about KMS and why when desktops get a resource error trying to run slmgr, it suddenly just doesn't work until the workstations restart?

Because if so, I'll rep you like 300 times.

Frankly that sounds like the mainframe has been compromised. You might want to reboot the LC chip system and make sure the gigaresistor is offline when you do or else you'll be truly zorked.

That would be an "Ask Silencer question".

I don't make the rules, i just sacrifice unbesmirched fowl to them.

You could always switch to iOS. Rodents are way cheaper and their sexual history is more or less irrelevant unless you're working with C++/Java is which case good luck finding six European water voles and a longhaired guinea pig that hasn't fucked around at least once.

Jesus Fucking Christ.

30-60 some days from settling my dad's estate amicably and sister #3 has to go and antagonize sister #1 enough for her to hire a lawyer.

Thankfully dad's lawyer had a "any attempt to dispute" clause built into his will so she'll end up losing. Which pisses me off 'cause I'll end up benefiting from the dispute and feeling guilty about it.

I've done my absolute best as executor to make things work out evenly and these two idiots will end up fucking themselves out of $5k or so just because of a decades old spite and wanting to make sure the other one doesn't get a single penny more than the other.

:) :) :(

And they wonder why I've never had any desire to have kids.

I am very much open to accepting any guilt-assuaging money you want to unload, as a favor to you.
