Spent my one hour of free time this evening removing gahdam malware from my puter.

Not long enough vacation. Last summer I spent two weeks of my holiday being angry and stressed before I managed to relax and enjoy the free time I had. For about a week before I had to get back to work.

I just hit that point in the day where it became viciously obvious that I will be utterly un-productive for the remainder of business hours.

Yah, it's scary and really harrowing. Plus this kind of thing on top of it: http://news.yahoo.co...-214638314.html

I think The Onion summed this week up pretty well so far: http://www.theonion....his-week,32105/

Looks like an officer has been killed in pursuit of the bomb suspects - although one of them might have been killed too.

Hope they catch the other one without any more fatalities.
So that's the story. And what was the real lesson? Don't leave things in the fridge.

I'm watching Twilight 2. I think I've seen up to Twilight 3....can't remember, the one where there is an army of new vampires. Regardless, 2 is the absolute worst that I have seen; it is unmitigated shite but I can't look away and Bella hasn't even got to her spineless pining bit yet either, not to mention the sexually confusing Taylor Lautner action that is still to come.

It's midnight. I don't wan to sleep, and I don't feel tired. Ergo, i should be studying.

I don't know which of the 3 exams I've got coming Up to study for. Worse than that, right now in the basement of my res, people are partying because they are done school.

I can't join them, cuz i'd feel terribad for partying when I've got 3 finals in 3 days starting Monday.

But I also don't want to look at books anymore. I've been studying for 8 hours today, and I was up till 3 last night. And till 6 AM the day before that.

god, but it's so hard to find the motivation anymore....

Car just got rear-ended. And I'm 1400km from home, on a course for work, and won't be home for another month.

Nobody hurt, thank goodness.

Rear bumper panel is totalled though, plus God knows what else. :)

Now to get it assessed etc. At least it's not my fault. And it's driveable, so that's something. The assessment will tell me more.

Yeah, yeah I know what you're thinking - couldn't have happened to a nicer piece of sh*t.

:p

The car is most definitely not a piece of sh*t. I think you know exactly what I mean. :)

Some friends of mine misread the university at which my play was at, and couldn't attend tonight. Nor can they attend any other nights. This isn't so much the issue-I've had people flake out on me before-but I was, and am, bothered by the fact at how my first reaction to finding out was just bland acceptance. I'm feeling disappointed about it now, but I wish I could get angry or something for once. Maybe I'm too soft, or something. Merrrrrr.

Sounds like a bit of a weak excuse, how does one misread a university, unless it was like Griffith University: Xyz Campus, and he/she went to Zyx Campus? That sucks man, but enjoy it. You're there to enjoy your accomplishments, so do so. Your happiness shouldn't hinge on anyone or anything else :)

I just woke up from the most vivid dream of getting shot. Pow! Right in the neck. It came out of nowhere as well. Gunman was a childhood friend of mine. Shot a clerk for not giving him something (can't remember what), the used one of his final bullets to kill me. Unsettling stuff. Nearly jumped out of the bed.

Hayfever is keeping me from attending uni. And from generally doing anything but wanting to curl up in a corner and die.
