First of all, I know the guy, I thought it was no big deal.

Second, it was 6pm and i'd been working since 6AM in 100 degree heat. I was tired.

And last, kiss my butt
, i should have. :D

Have you showered yet? :)

The smell coming all the way over the state-line is messing with my groove. :D

Or it could just be Kentucky, again.

I hate the Cubs.

You know what messes with my groove. Cubs fans who think they are cool because they are Cubs fans. If you like the team, ok. But it is NOT cool to be a cubs fan!

What are you celebrating! 101 years of FAILURE!!!

End semi-drunken rant.

And yes, Kentucky stinks.

All I want is a large capacity MP3 player that isn't a frickin' iPod, is that so difficult?

Apparently so. You can't get one in this country. Not in stores, bugger all on the net (yes, even the new Zune). I'm told it's because everyone is going to non-hard drive memory players. Trouble is, the largest one you can get at the moment is about 32 gig, nowhere near enough for my whole music collection. Considering I'm going to need one for my trip to Eurodisneyland in a few days to stop me going mad and taking my flight hostage from sheer boredom, this is a pickle.

I'm going to have to buy a goddamn iPod classic. Gah, I feel dirty just thinking about it, and not in the fun way. :)

It's all my own silly fault though - weeks ago I should have ordered a Zune 120 from the net (but they wouldn't have had warranties valid in Oz), but I thought "No, of course they will have them in shops, or at least Oz retailers who can get them to me quickly if I buy them online". Dumb choice. :D

Cheers,

La Sombra, stupid iPod monopoly :)

Embrace the Apple, Sombra, it is your friend.

Messing with my groove? Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Are you not carrying a comp with you?
If not why not buy a small portable hard drive and use that to rotate your music?

The idea was to not have to lug around a laptop just so I could listen to my music. I don't care about watching movies etc on trips, I like to close my eyes and drift of to good tunes. Plus the laptop battery only lasts for around 2 hours, and that's not quite enough for my 7 and 16 hour flights to Singapore and then Europe. I was hoping to carry as little as possible.

Like an ARCOS or Samsung multimedia player? You can't get them in stores in Oz as far as I can tell, plus they're hideously expensive on the net. Plus essentially they're more than I require.

Still, if I find any in stores in the next couple of days I might pick them up if only to avoid the evil of iTunes. They have the added advantage of being able to store my pics.

Cheers,

La Sombra, will check that out

How long of a trip are you going on that you need more than 32 gigabites of space for music? That must be like, a month of non-stop play time.

I work way too much. Allegedly work is fun but I barely have any time or will to see my friends after a ten hour shift on the phones.

Brb I'm going to go take a shower now.

I've been brainwashed by the machine. All I can think of is working and when I don't work I have nothing of interest to do besides going to visit my girl to share some loving.

I got a message from my best friend saying something like "WHere have you been I haven't seen you in ages." and I don't really feel like replying.

Also I think I might have sparked an argument between my girl and her bf cuz I have the habit of starting a skype conversation with her with "Hey, sunshine." Apparently he was at the PC watching a movie at that time. ;P

All in all I need a cup of tea before I blow a fuse.

AND in your forceful innocence you all believe you're somewhat special. That you're better than the sinners of this world. Well you're not special. Not on my internet ;P

This guy is a man after my own heart-you receive e-cookies, my friend.

Groove is messed because today my team played a relatively easy team and got pumped. We were undisciplined and picked fights, and were a rabble. What with finals approaching, doesn't make for happytiemz.

Being dumped sucks, and I mean it really really fucking sucks, big time. While I've got a gazillion things going on right now, most of which is pretty fucking great, this is all I'm thinking about. Damn and damnation and fuck. I highly do not recommend it.

Shit on a pizza and have it sent to her house.

Once a week.
Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

It'll cost a fortune...But I just wouldn't do that, I like...pizzas...too much.

And anyway, I'm to blame, I think. No actually, I am...I think...am I to blame?

Probably.
